Mushoku Tensei: Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu is a 1% isekai anime (an isekai anime that manages to be both entertaining and unique through it's entirety).
The Story - Taking a route that's not often treaded by most isekai, we the viewers experience a character not being summoned, but reborn into a new world that has its own rules and gimmicks that it adheres to throughout, such as unique languages that are learned and utilized. Interestingly, instead of being gifted with some broken skills right out of the gate, we get to experience a character putting forth actual effort to better himself as he embarks on his
...
2nd chance at life in a new world.
Art and sound - The animation is rock solid and often times fluid when showing off magic or fighting scenes. The music is enjoyable, especially the ending song. The best part is that rather than creating an opening sequence to save money, they just integrate the opening songs into the story.
The Characters - One of the strongest points of this anime lies with the characters. Relevant characters have the ability of either adding to the overall enjoyment of the story or are reliable when needed instead of solely relying on the main character to bail everyone out of any given situation. Specifically, what caught my attention was how the characters played upon each other to bring forth a form of character development through their interactions. For example: The main character original was a perverted fat middle aged otaku, yet despite reincarnating, he doesn't magically become a better person but instead carries over those negative traits. However, as the main character interacts with others, he's able to reflect on how his behavior effects others and slowly changes for the better.
Enjoyment - This issue is important to address because this can either make or break the series for you if you don't pay attention or are the type of person who gets easily triggered. When going into this anime, try not to get hung up on minute details. The thing is, I've noticed some people latching on to the fact that the main character has the mind of a middle aged man and having issues with the fact that he lusts after some female characters that are biologically around his body's age, yet grossly overlook the fact that the main character learns how his actions can affect others and shows remorse for his carelessness. Thus, giving character growth to the main character and being in line with the whole second chance at life motif. (Something that a lot of isekai fail to properly address because the past life of main characters' tend to be forgotten and since the MC usually tends to be overpowered and made out to be either abnormally average or the pinnacle of alpha males, much (if any) character growth isn't experienced).
Side note - To the people who are quick to label this series as an isekai for pedophiles; it's hypocritical to turn around and give passes to anime that possess immortal beings that "interact" with teenagers, people who change their appearance to be younger to interact with teenagers, or 1000 year old loli that interact with teenagers simply because they either look attractive or are cute.
Overall - Unless you come into this series with "ulterior motives," (ex. trying to project yourself on the MC but get pissed off when the series points out that the character originally was some middle aged loser, thus you look for any excuse to justify your butthurt after perceiving what you think is some kind of personal attack against you) there is little reason to not enjoy this anime. It's highly recommend it that you give this particular anime a chance because it provides a fresh slice of bread in an ever staling loaf of genre known as isekai.

Seirei Gensouki is basically a isekai spearheaded by an overpowered self-insert male main character that gets all the women within a 1 mile radius excited over him and most males either envious or comedically evil towards him because he's the protag. While the series starts off somewhat promising during school portion of the story, it feels like after a while the series forgot that it was an "isekai" anime and wanted to tell a revenge plot set in Feudal Japan. Furthermore, near the end of the anime, a lot of relatively important stuff is either left unresolved or introduced but left underdeveloped.
Regarding the
...
characters, most of them are forgettable due to 3 main reasons: the females simply lust after the MC, males typically hate the mc and are often outdone by him, or they're neutral and just give the MC stuff for his journey. Yet, the very few characters that are remotely memorable, don't stay around for long periods of time. As for the main character, frankly speaking, since I personally am not a loser that needs to project myself on a fictional character to validate myself, I'm both consciously aware of the fact and annoyed when a self-insert mc is being carried through the narrative via plot armor and plot convenience. For example: Right from the start with no explanation, the MC gets the most powerful spirit companion that suffers from amnesia yet somehow remembers that she's the spirit equivalent of the avatar- master of all elements, telekinesis, and tangibility powers. Furthermore, the mc is proficient at anything he does regardless of whether he should be or not to the point of outclassing everyone including assassins, hunters, and a countries worth of soldiers at once. In short, the MC is to predictable because he's written to be a self-insert Gary Stu.
Regarding the music, the opening and ending songs are okay but the soundtrack overall was forgettable. Animation wise, it's fair but you rarely see anything that truly stands out.
Verdict: Unless you wanna kill some time and have nothing better to watch, I recommend skipping this anime because it's pretty generic.

I remember seeing this anime airing at night on Saturday but back then I was a young teen just getting exposed to anime so I never quite got into it but I did like the opening songs (especially op 2 and 4) enough to record them on vhs and look them up on youtube as the years past. Eventually, I decided to sit down and finally watch the anime those songs were associated to.
Unfortunately, despite the anime being called "Blood+" the main female lead Saya spends the first 25 eps in the fetal position crying about how she can't do it, leading to someone
...
dying due to her inactivity which then leads to her announcing her resolve to change and wanting to know about her past only to repeat the entire process. It's not until ep 34 that Saya transforms into a badass emo character after an off screen 1-year time skip that she's able fight without the need to be heavily coaxed into battle.
Despite all of this, the series reminds you as often as diva performing her one opera song (often) that Saya is the chosen one and that only her blood can kill the Chiropteran, yet even the expendable support characters point out the plot hole of the narrative regarding the need of Saya to single-handedly handle the issue by asking why they don't just put her blood into the bullets for which the excuse given was "we don't have the time and Saya is the only one." Keep in mind the time wasted trying to convince Saya to fight + the fact that a year time-skip occurs where they advanced their bullets' capabilities to the point that they can make big holes in Chiropteran (which they just regenerate from), yet no one bothers to set aside Saya's blood during all the transfusion scenes to use for effective bullet research. (The writer knew that if this was done then Saya's importance within the series would be reduced to that of a glorified emo blood bank for their bullet manufacturing instead of an emo sword wielder.)
Accompanying Saya for the vast majority of the series is her incestuous non-blood related elder brother Kai. Kai remarks about how he cares greatly for his siblings and shares his strong desire to protect them; yet his equally strong desire to get into Saya's pants compels him to follow Saya around the world while dragging his younger brother into increasingly dangerous locations. Funny enough, he has this uncanny ability to make almost any female (not Saya) to become infatuated with him to the point that one girl even went as far as to steal her father's money and use it to cajole a bum reporter to take her around the world just so she can get into Kai's pants. Yet despite this, Kai only has eyes for Saya and brushes all other girls off leading to arguably the best moment in the anime where in the final episode, Kai gives one of the most dead-inside expressions while on stage looking at Saya kissing someone else (you can practically hear the poorly performed sad song flutes playing in the background).
The art in the Openings and Endings are pretty good but within the show itself tends to lean from being average to somewhat decent at times.
In short, the story and characters leave something to be desired but if you're still interested in watching this, I recommend starting at ep 34 and if you need context, just google it to save time.

Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou (2019)
The story centers around the character Hajime who suffers from an unfortunate event due to betrayal early on in the story and ends up becoming an Op, Alpha male, edge-lord, self-insert character for angsty chuunibyou. Personality wise - Hajime is pretty shit, despite his ever growing power and harem, coupled with the fact that most of his classmates and teacher actually care about him, Hajime treats everyone and everything aside from his party in the same cold and unforgiving way regardless of whether they deserve it or not. This often leads to situations where people will quite literally get on
...
their knees and beg him for help in situations only he can resolve only to adamantly refuse to help until either a party member convinces him otherwise or he has an emotional favor to return to someone in his past.
The female characters in Hajime's party are similar to Hajime in the sense that their backstories are given early on which give some context to their respective situations in life but like Hajime none of them really grow past this initial starting point as characters but instead resolve themselves to ultimately become "Hajime's lovers" while making excuses for his shit behavior and decisions. The rest of the cast of characters can be summed up in two categories, either your a Beta male meant to make Hajime look stronger by comparison or your a potential harem girl meant to lust after Hajime if you get into close proximity.
The art used in the series is good enough for the most part but the CGI in some areas are pretty shaky mistakey.
The sound used throughout the anime is alright yet the Opening song is the one thing that really stood out due to the entire lyrics of the song being in English and just how well it sounded overall.
The show itself is enjoyable but if you choose not to watch it, you wouldn't really miss anything other than the nice Opening song and a protagonist who acknowledges the girl's feelings for him instead of mishearing or misinterpreting.
