TWGOK is not your typical harem anime, like girls falling inlove with the MC for no reason. What’s also good is that the story is smart and stays consistent with itself. It stays interesting despite it's returning premise of capturing a girls heart. It focuses more to catching loose souls, make a girl fall inlove with him. At first, I don't like it that all the girls memories while they're being conquered were all gone but after watching both s1 and s2 I gotten used to it.

made you happy!? Why not sixteen kisses!?, Took a week to make that girl fall in love with you!? Why not a day!?, Can't make a decision because of so many different types of girls!? Why not all of them!? That's our GOD OF CONQUEST KEIMA for you. But of course, making the heroine fall inlove is not an easy task, he needs to plan it well and execute it perfectly, or the loose soul will get even more powerfull and difficult to conquer.
I watched all the seasons of TWGOK in one go, and all I can say is that both first and second season are good but the third season is a masterpiece, the story became more interesting, serious and really entertaining.
[Characters]
Characters treat each somewhat like you’d expect them to in real life. Their reactions to the strange situations the story present them with have a kind of "real" feeling to them. What’s funny is how Keima is very unpopular at school, just like you’d expect him being an extreme otaku and all.
Despite being that, Keima (THE GOD OF CONQUEST) became one of my favorite characters. He only date girls in games and wouldn’t know how to in real life, nor does he care. This kind of making fun of it's own premises, is what makes TWGOK feel so real, while being amazingly imaginative at the same time. He's one of the best MC and the reason why TWGOK became an amazing anime.
As for the other characters, I found them mostly interesting and likeable. Although they don’t feel altogether original they manage to avoid the typical personality types. Each heroines (I personally like Kanon and Tenri) has different personalities, that makes Keima's task more interesting.
[Animation]
The animation is pretty decent, not really great but not bad too. In my opinion, the animation and art style is pleasant to look at.
[Sound/Music]
The music is awesome and memorable (the original OP song "God Only Knows", and the Love theme are two of my favorite songs of all time.
I watched the both versions(dub and sub) and I prefer you to watch the sub, mostly because of the amazing voice acting of Hiro Shimono(Keima) and Kanae Itou(Elsie).
