This manga was amazing in it's first half. The tension of whether Richard would find out who Henry was, while at the same time falling in love with him was so good. I was on the edge of my seat every chapter to see what would happen next. Other than that everything else was pretty exciting too. I enjoyed the conflict. I enjoyed seeing Richard grow and become stronger while still suffering from insecurities and overcoming them.
Then Henry "died." That chapter was really well done and I don't mind what happened, it was one of my favorite parts of the manga. But then a time

I genuinely enjoyed this anime. It might get some very negative criticism for good reason, and it was definitely not the best CGI animation out there (and that's an understatement.) But I actually looked forward to the show every week. It reminded me of being back in the 90s and early 2000s and discovering a few VHS or DVD episodes of some random anime tucked away in the back corner of your local Blockbuster. You'd take it home and watch it, and it wasn't necessarily GOOD, and it might have been strange and cheesy, but it was anime and so you ate it up anyway.
