Awful, just awful.

I usually enjoy edgy horror but this story is just very shallow.
Girl comes from a family of murderers. Why are they murderers? Cause they are and they always have been. She doesn't want to participate in the murders but it's her duty as the family heir.

I stopped reading at chapter 5 when upon her leaving her room for a few minutes to talk to her always blank faced silently smiling mother the housekeeper thinks she's run away and tells her that if she ever actually does run away she'll murder the father and little brother and kill herself. Then the housekeeper ... cuts her wrist and cuts her ear off in front of the main character.

So yeah...quality
