The author is painfully aware of the fact that the plot acts as nothing but a contrivance for the five waifu archetypes to have the hots for generic Japanese boy-man-creature. Typical harem story with predictable twists and an idiot plot, i.e., a plot that only exists because every single character is a complete idiot.
