First anime was Cowboy Bebop, although I didn't actually sit down and watch the whole thing until after I had finished some other stuff (Wandering Son, Usagi Drop, Elfen Lied), and didn't actually finish the damn thing until maybe six months after I started.

Never tried going in front of the cam myself, I did some video editing though, got a channel with my brother and we have currently over 2million views or so. French MMO though, this was quite a niche.

This is always hard to form a group, I know that for having been there myself. Was a lot involved in my engineering school in clubs and such, was on the board of the cultural club, finding people to come to our events was not a problem, but finding people to organize them was. I am surprised it is still running and going well now. And for projects, we started several projects with friends (creating a game, mostly), we usually got a strong start, the right path to begin our game/the first part of coding, and then it ends because people starts losing motivation.
Never back down though! Some friends and I formed recently a smaller team and our project seem to be going much smoother (and hopefully should really work this time.)

If I can be of any help to you don't hesitate to ask, though i don't think I'd like being in front of the camera (I hate how I look, kind of)

Heh, I majored in computer sciences, so I did some work on gaming (not much anime related though). I am currently doing a project on Overwatch with some friends, setting up a fan website!
