If you're looking for torture porn, that's about all this manga has to offer you. This is a sub-generic manga where the primary appeal is the depiction of graphic revenge upon terrible people.
Among other issues, the worst is that almost every bad guy in the story is a rapist. Female characters serve no purpose in the plot except to be raped in order to make the protagonist angry. Rape and sexual assault in general are used as plot devices almost every arc, and it's just so off. I wish I was exaggerating.

all it has going for it. While the story started out incredibly strong with a decent premise, it starts failing very rapidly after the first arc.
The main villain is a generic cross between Johan from 'Monster' and Kiriyama from 'Battle Royale', and frankly it's an insult to those two characters to compare the main villain to them.
Overall, it's just okay as far as generic torture porns go, but there is zero substance to be found here. I'm not sure the intention even was for this story to have subtance.
