Both feature a male family member who gets put in a setting in which he never met the relatives before and it just so happens that said relatives are beautiful girls of differing age with whom he develops strong feelings for. Main difference is he is not related by blood and he is their uncle, whereas in Baby Princess, the male character is a blood brother.
