I love this anime! It shows a great story, music, animation and characters.

Story
The story is amazing! It shows a world where beastman - which are anthropomorphic characters - are hated by society. There's a city where beastman can go to live peacefully. The first episode introduces the protagonist whose name is Michiru. She's running from beastman haters as she tries to get to the beastman city. The story really goes up from there as there are criminal gangs, backroom deals and cults. There are some plot twists later on (I won't spoil) which are amazing. At the end of the there are no loose ... ends that you have to worry about solving. I can relate to the idea of discrimination towards beastman because I'm a furry and in the real world everyone hates furries for some reason.

Music
I love the music! It always fits the tone, there is energetic music, emotional music, plot twist music, happy music and general music. The best part for me is the Opening and Outro songs. The Opening song gets you pumped up for an amazing new episode and is just fun to listen to and hum. The Outro song is also used in the story (won't spoil what for) and it is amazing. It is a chill pop song that you just wanna head bop to. If you don't believe me go listen to them yourself.

Animation
I like the animation style! It's a bit simplistic but that's part of it's charm. It gets more complex when there is action but when someone is just walking or talking it fits right in. The animation really fits the energetic energy of this anime.

Characters
Finally the characters! I love them. Michiru is very energetic and always tries her best. She will do anything to prove herself right. In contrast Shirou is very serious and always looks out for others. He balances Michiru's intense mood. The side characters are also very interesting. Some of them are friendly scammers. Some of them are poor but exited and some are weirdos.

Final Thoughts
This anime really got me into the story quickly and I kept wanting to watch more. Some anime starts off very slow and the first 2-3 episodes are just people talking and explaining what this universe is about but BNA puts you in there and explains through backstories and action which are very interesting. Even if your not into anthropomorphic animals this is still a great anime with an amazing story.

This is why I Highly recommend this anime, I really enjoyed it and have friends who also do. Trigger hit all the aspects that I wanted.
