I never said it cannot be done, anything can be done with enough time and the right animators, but for every good anime with sublime fight scenes there are many that have decent ones but just cannot compare simply because they don't have the top animators in the field. Fight scenes are REALLY expensive and time consuming to make in that quality and not all studios have the same budget and timelines. As much as I would love to see every fight scene in anime history with that quality, that is simply impossible, even in some of the anime you mentioned (like naruto and mob psycho) they have both decent (average if you may) and mindblowingly fluid and well made scenes, other examples are Neon genesis evangelion and dragon ball, just by looking at the difference between animation in their respective movies and their animes you can see what a bigger budget and longer timeline for production can change.

It's ridiculous to try and review an anime's character development and storyline with 1 episode. And "it's the average anime style that skips some frames during combat and that to me seems lazy." You clearly don't know jack shit about animation XD you look like a 12 year old trying to sound intelligent.
