Yeah, I'm still not sure whether I really like it or really dislike it, it could easily go either ways. I'll need to play it myself to tell, I suppose. Visually it looks sick, save for Ky's new idle stance and the UI design currently as it is, I hope that's just an early build thing.

Appreciate the daily songs you're putting on your bio. Your picks are pretty interesting and obscure, probably would've never found them myself lol.

Also, added you on disc^^

If you refer to the far left on the poll, comrade, that could just be trolling+small sample size.
Though, mal has a younger demographic and boomer politics are not very popular among anyone who isn't a boomer, so more left wing views in general makes sense.
Shitaste Oct 23, 6:47 PM
Lol, yeah! Excluding writing, I do most of basic-daily works with my left hand. Cool to know you're lefty as well, I barely find anyone lefty these days lol.

Yeah, although not nearly as much as I used to years ago. I played a lot of the anime fighters like Guilty Gear, Blazblue, Melty Blood, Uniel and others but I was never any good. Tekken 7 is the first game I actually invested time in to learn more than just "a couple bnb combos".

I'm excited for the new Guilty Gear. I hope either A.B.A or Anji make the cut this time though. They were the two characters I liked the most back in the day but didn't appear in xrd sadly.
Which ones do you play?

There's a couple of DLCs of course, but you can grab Lei for like 5 bucks separately. He's included in the Season pass 2.
It's definitely a challenge to learn, the roster isn't small and every character has a ton of moves that you need to be aware of, recognize and punish accordingly. That can be intimidating for sure, but that makes improving so much more rewarding. Regardless of that, I think it's a really fun game.

The controller I use is my trusty keyboard lol. You can use whatever you like, but for sticks, in my circle of friends and from the people in game I talked to, most people actually prefer the square gate. But it really does come down to preference, regardless of the character you want to play. Even if it did matter, Lei is not an execution heavy character. He's actually my main as well.

Hey, you mentioned you played other FGs before, if I'm not mistaken? In either case, you're not late, the game is far from dying - in fact it's the most active fighting game on Steam at the moment by a huge margin. Or if you're worried about the learning curve, it's just like any other FG. You either lab for days, or tank through "getting stomped on online to improve" :p

I appreciate those who appreciate my ramblings.
Shitaste Oct 21, 9:24 AM
That's understandable. Take your time, no need to rush. I'm just happy with the fact that you gave them a shot.
Most of flcl fans, heck even J-rock fans overlook this band, which really sucks.
Shitaste Oct 21, 9:11 AM
Really glad you liked it. The band does mean a lot to me and that album was my gateway to their other works. They've done around 22-ish studio albums at this point and I've gotten addicted to about 15 atm. I've watched a fuck-ton of their live performances too. Needless to say, it is indeed one of my favourites bands period, and they have been making music for 30+ years now.

I'd highly recommend Good Dreams, My foot, Trial, Happy Bivouac and Little busters, though all of them are just as amazing!

One of my fav live performances of them:

I looked at the band more than just "guys who does anime songs", and I don't even listen to J-rock/pop all that much lol. If you haven't yet, do try some of their non-FLCL related songs and albums. Like this

Have a nice day!

1. It's fun.
2. They're not really my friends for real.
3. If I'm gonna accept anyone's friends request, I'd rather it be people who's taste approach mine.
MasterGlyth Oct 19, 7:41 AM
I see. Thanks for the information.

Isn't it the summer when people do those things since it's too cold in the mountains in other seasons? I have heard it can rain a lot there though.
MasterGlyth Oct 18, 3:54 PM
Alright, I'm sure there are various things to do and places to visit that can be found out through research though, and having the time and money probably. Haven't planned anything out anyway. Maybe I'll climb a mountain. I've been inspired after watching yama no susume.
