I usually prefer slice of life's, usually in the realm of CGDCT as I'm a big fan of character interactions. That being said I'm mostly fine with anything.
This includes adventure-esque anime, where there is a "goal", but we get to see how the characters interact along the way and whatnot.
Dislikes
Mainly harems, I know I said I like character interactions but in this aspect... I'm good. This doesn't mean I won't watch animes that have a harem aspect to them, but if you recommend me an anime just for the sole fact that it's a harem I will most likely put it off for months.
This stuff is pretty nuanced anyways, really if there is any value from an anime, big or small, I'll more than likely watch it.
