Both series are about a group of people with special powers going across the land to stop a great evil. The layout of both series are very similar as each story is resolved at the end of either 1 or 2 episodes, and feels quite repetitive, the character interactions in both series make them both interesting series which will hook you very quickly.

Both series have a bunch of random characters doing strange things. The comedy in both series are so random that it's great. On top of this, most of the time you have no idea what the hell just happened, and you need to go back and re-watch the scene, but even then it still doesn't make any sense. All in all, great comedy anime and great to watch when you want to turn off your brain.
