If you liked Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou add

...then you might like Kaichou wa Maid-sama! add

If you want humor, secret identity, or romance then His and Her Circumstances is similar to Maid Sama. His and Her Circumstances is a more underground and old 90s(?) anime, but the romance is pretty similar to 2000s. You have the two main characters falling in love, with the head strong female protagonist butting heads with the male protagonist. There are also wacky happenstances and side characters that make these two shows very enjoyable to watch.

If you liked Dororo add

...then you might like Kimetsu no Yaiba add

Main protagonist just wants to kill demons because they took something from them. Dororo has a pretty great OP, but what makes it really good are the themes and depth behind the main character's choices. They are also placed in the similar time periods, so if you like that aesthetic or whatever there you go. The two have their share of blood and gore, but they also have some wholesome moments with the main duos.

If you liked Shingeki no Kyojin add

...then you might like Yakusoku no Neverland add

The two series both subvert expectations. Sometimes you think where a series is headed, but its probably wrong. There are a lot of mind fucks going on. The Promised Neverland doesn't really have to do with politics or have gore like Attack on Titan, but they both really mess with the viewer. (I really can't say anything else or it will probably spoil)
