Story:
Story looks good, yes. But the progression and development still lacks proper telling. There are so many confusing element that should have been explained properly through a smooth transitioning but, unfortunately, failed.
Art:
The art looks pretty decent and certainly not boring.
Sound:
I honestly liked the choice of music this anime had. It suited the battles and comical scenes very well.

Truth be told, I like this season's plotline better. There really is a pretty decent increased in the level of storyline presented. There is a good 'villain' new character background entree--and the problem and complexity this character could impose to the story and the recurring characters--made it highly interesting to watch.
With regards to the new characters introduced, they were a good addition to this anime. Most especially, the background and purpose of Togane. Akane Tsunemori really did leveled up pretty high in this season. She showed so much integrity and intelligence in the cases her division is handling--unlike in the previous season where ...

Psycho-Pass is a gripping action-crime anime set in a dystopian world where people are evaluated using their psychological physique. This anime is a gem packed with horrific truths and inevitable but questionable tendencies about life, society, and the world in whole.
I liked how the anime shows no fear in antagonizing the real world's rule of thumb. It creates a plausible world we would probably have in the future and visually explains the true nature of psychologically termed 'good', 'evil', and 'criminal'.
