Both animes follow a romantic relationship with the difference that in Kimi wo Aishita Hitori no Boku e, the whole plot is a lot more complex, while in Josee to Tora to Sakana-tachi the whole romance plot story is a lot more chill and easier to consume. Both shows are very emotional and would leave you teary eyed at least once during the watch.
