This movie is shockingly boring and average. This and the last MHA movie have both felt like huge cash grabs that just look to unnecessarily expand on this world. They feel so empty and this movie felt SO SLOW. Every minute felt like 10 and even the action was boring to watch. I commented on the last movie with the same criticism but whoever does the music for these MHA films must not actually have the sound on. Mixed Feelings
I know before even writing this, I will be in the minority regarding my thoughts and feelings on this film. I will do my best to exclude spoilers but some talking points will probably require minor hints at what happens.

Preface: I saw this in actual theatre so I am aware that that enhanced some of my experience for sound and looks.

Overall, this movie is very much an "anime movie". It has the predictable anime superhero plot line with some minor twists that allow for a thorough enjoyment of the plot overall.

A key thing I greatly enjoyed was the All Might short it started out with that kind of opened up the character of All Might to the viewers in a way we hadn't particularly seen. This then, obviously, fed later in to the movie when we got to meet other big All Might ...

Dororo (Anime) add
When Dororo was first being released this season, I heard people gushing over the potential it had and how great it could end up being. I watched the first few episodes and immediately fell in love and started to follow it week by week. This anime is truly fantastic.

The anime itself focuses on the story of Hyakkimaru and his journey to get back his stolen body.
