Same have the same writer, Has like Adventure, Comedy, Fantasy, Romance, Shounen genres, Both are good shows, And both of the shows have Plue, The Nicola Spirit of Lucy Heartfilia, However, The characters were unique and almost have the same look as the ones at the Fairy Tail.

Action, Adventure, Comedy, Fantasy, Magic, Shounen, Superpowers, Unique character, Unique story as well, Both anime has a good comedy scenes, Romance scene, Not like the others that are corny when they tell jokes, Natsu from Fairy Tail is really Similiar to Monkey D. Luffy, And the others as well, For the manga, Some of the both anime characters really look the same, Lucy and Nami has the same... err, What do you call that? But if you compare this two young ladies they really have similar right? I just can't explain it as hell as I am. It's almost the same story as for it, When I first think of Fairy Tail when I was not watching it still, I was thinking that the story was like One Piece, But then, Yes, It really was, Just the difference are One Piece main characters were pirates while the Fairy Tail ones are mages.

...then you might like Mirai Nikki (TV) add

Action, Supernatural, Thriller/Horror, Both anime contains the same genres, Both are a little bit brutal, (Even though on High School Of The Dead they killed zombies? Is that called a brutal?) No wonder, There are some blood shed, Action, Fighting, And I've seen some zombies in Mirai Nikki, Isn't that called a zombie? Or err, Just similar to zombie would be fine, One more thing, Both shows contains Mild Nudity. High School of the dead shows some porn? Or what, Just what they mean "Ecchi" And about the Mirai Nikki, I think less than?
