I know it's been said but I feel the need to reiterate this. Yes the character designs are similar to the mangaka's other works (Rave Master and Fairy Tail), however I really don't understand why people think this is a bad thing, what in the world is wrong with having shows that look similar from the same author? Personally I love Mashima's style and making the characters look similar is nothing but a plus in my eyes.
Now that that has been said, I have been in love with Eden's Zero since I started reading the manga and when the anime was announced, I just hoped

I understand that a lot of people are going to be avoiding this anime due to the CGI animation, and I thought that as well until I saw one person say that they liked what they watched a lot more than they expected to. I decided to give it a shot and I too was pleasantly surprised.
It's still early on in the series but so far I am definitely hooked. The CGI can be a little jarring if you're not used to it, but if you can get over that and concentrate on the story and characters you might just be in for a great ... |
