Great review of Mass Effect: Paragon Lost. As a fellow Mass Effect fan I was considering watching this but with the little it has to offer and the already bland character driven story of Vega, this might be worth a miss. (Clicked the helpful so others could see it) I also too agree, if they had decided to focus on maybe the First Contact War (something new to add) or even like you said Wrex or Garrus, hehe. Anyway I thought I'd show my appreciation by a comment. :p

Right? If you like magic and fantasy worlds, I do recommend Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu. It's light-hearted at first and has an older style of animation, but the characters are great and it really does deliver the fantasy feeling. It also gets darker after a couple episodes in. It's probably not as good as Magi imo, but it's hella fun.

Wow, great review. Fantasy happens to also be my favorite genre and I agree that anime is lacking in that department. Out of all the anime I've completed, only like 7 of them can be classified as "high fantasy."
