She is an intelligent young woman who is resourceful, unwilling to give up, strives to help everyone - good and bad - to survive, is knowledgeable and knows how to apply her knowledge, holds no grudges, is dependable and reliable, is badass (one time she jumped on top of a raging, giant, charging spider, rode it like a mechanical bull, tied it up with its own threads then forced it to commit suicide! That's not an exaggeration, she actually did that in Chapter 25! She's a bit of a knowledgeable badass too.), is kind and generous, is a capable leader despite the rough circumstances, is humble and modest about her abilities and knowledge, treats everyone with respect and decency (again, even if they don't deserve it), has her priorities straight (get everyone off the fucking island as safely and as quickly as possible!), is dedicated and determined, is considerate, is caring especially for those who matter most to her, is trustworthy, and is truly a survivor, plus expresses many other positive traits I enjoy but rarely see in various mediums of entertainment, though I will admit I haven't seen, read, listened to, played, or enjoyed most of the so-called "good stuff" yet.
She's a good character of a rare type that should be learned from especially when it comes to female characters since she's a smart and female character without the arrogance and uppity-ness commonly found in such characters of that type. As a female character there's a lot to like and as a character in general she stands out as a good person. I think her being more assertive, more straightforward, and more willing to let the "bad apples rot" while putting more effort into saving "the good apples" would add more flavor to her character but she's in a series where most of the people she's trying to save are scummy, desperate, manipulative, and abusive, and don't appreciate her and her efforts to save them enough. That's why it's too bad people hate the series she's in and all of the other characters in said series. Some even hate Mutsumi herself due to how the series is written. But, personally, I like the series because it is *fun* in a way. Stupid, and silly, but *fun*.
I recommend using them as a reference.

Some notes: The above playlists are lacking in 1) "Older" anime content, 2) "Shounen" anime content, and 3) "Mecha" anime content. And the main reasons for why they're lacking said content is because 1) I'm not familiar enough with said content and 2) Youtube takes videos featuring said content down too often which makes it difficult for me to keep the playlists with said content updated. But don't worry, because I am working on finding more "older" anime fights and already have a small, private playlist of "Mecha" anime fights. I'm not sure what to do about "Shounen" anime fights though.
Mio Isurugi is a similar character but has more depth, is funnier, has more appeal, and more personality, yet isn't a downright horrible person like "Death Records Manager". I added Mio to the favorites because of her overall character type, but also mainly because of episode six (6). I'm not into BDSM or anything, but Mio's dominating personality is fun to watch, mostly in a hilarious way.
