I appreciate the recommendation and probably will read it at some point, perhaps when it's completed so I don't have to wait for new chapters. I do get it, it's really just not my cup of tea I guess. I think I wouldn't have disliked it so much if it hadn't been so jarringly different from the first couple stories which I loved. But I digress, I think I'll probably stop now that I watched the first episode and see it's going for broke in this direction. It's a shame, I'm a great fan of stories that encompass long periods of time and really had high hopes for this one. I'll give the manga a try at some point though, few anime do the original story justice.

loved Boogiepop. Still need to get to Haibane and Texhnolyze, and of course Ergo Proxy. I think those will be some of my faves judging from what I heard
