Going into No Game No Life, I honestly didn't know what to expect. In the beginning it seemed like it was going to be something along the lines of .Hack or Sword Art Online, where they like video games and end up being inside whether in a good or bad way. But it took a huge turn, in a sense of making NEETs become heroes in their own environment.
The story itself is amazing; well plot out and turns where they need to be, leaving you on the edge of anticipation as well as keeping you brain reeling for answers. But there is also a
...
glorious balance of character development that is clean and easy to keep up with as well as a very well planned balance of humor and seriousness that is tasteful.
What really kept me in awe was the art; vibrate, colorful ad beautiful. It really gave a taste of the world they had been given. It was also just nice to look at.
I recommend it for all anime lovers as well as just someone looking for a good story. And if you don't leave from it laughing or on the edge of your seat; you're watching it wrong.
