Both of these anime are firmly in the comedy genre. Both anime are quite ridiculous going to extremes. I haven’t watched tons of SKET Dance yet, so it may not end up having tons as far as romance goes. School rumble is all about romance but nothing really actually resolves. Lots of shipping though.

Both are concerned with a club that is designed to help other students. Quite different in tone and comedy aspect. Well SKET dance is much more retro, Oregaru is much more modern in its sensibilities. Much more romance and shipping. Also much more realistic.
