Bokura ga Ita
Story: Fairly complicated story compared to the romance genre. And it's full of drama. Exciting and interesting drama, and very annoying and " I will turn it off if they continue like this" kinda drama. I really liked the first 15-16 episodes, but everything slowly got annoying and then turned into being miserable. The last five-episode felt like an eternity to watch. Soooo slow. However, the story was something different than most romances and that's kept me going till the end. Drama is a great genre, but if the maker doesn't give at least a bit of rest to the viewer and force
...
the audience to rewatch the same dramatic situations all the time it will be miserable to watch. Exactly like the second half of this anime.
One thing that not let my mind rest, they talk about having sex a lot, and some of the characters have already done it...for me, a bit difficult to imagen all these conversations and experiences by kids which are only 15-16. They talk about sex in middle school. How old a kid in middle school, 13/14? ... Somehow most of the conversations are not appropriate to there age. I forced myself to think they are at least 2-3 years older.
I give a 7 out of 10 to the story because the main story was interesting and it even could worth an 8, but the second half was like a 4 so I think 6 is a nice middle ground.
Art: I didn't like it at all. It took me about 3 episodes to get used to it. And still, until the end, I found new things in the art that I didn't like. I think this was one of the worst looking anime I ever watched, but I usually don't watch ugly animes. The animation also wasn't very nice. Sorry, I can't give you any professional reason why I didn't like it. It just wasn't right. I'm a bit of an art snob. 5/10
Sound: The music was okay. I think voices have outshined the character's look. I was a bit hesitant with Nanami's voice as it too monotonous, but after a while, I decided I will think about it like it wants to be cute. 7/10
Character:
Yano: He is probably the most sympathetic character of all. He has emotional issues, but he really tries his best to overcome everything for his new love. He is straight forward, caring, and smart. Just a great guy really. His character has gone through an amazing development to the end.
Takahashi: I really liked her until half of the anime. I thought she is a cute normal girl. I liked how she is so honest with her emotions and even though she got nervous she had the gut to make herself feel equal to Yano. However, I came to hate her to the end. She got very annoying and turned into a shy and obsessive girl. She barely talked to Yano about her problems and she only was thinking about herself. The most annoying part was that she was listening to all the outsiders, but not to the person she claimed to love so much. She turned out to be the worst character in the whole anime.
Takeuchi: I really didn't get that guy. Is he really has no other choice just go with his best friend's girlfriend. The same goes for Yano's previous girlfriend. His whole role was unnecessary to the story. So much extra drama for nothing. I could say he made Yano more serious about Nanami, but the truth he was already very serious and if Nanami has a more understanding attitude Yano would end up on the same level how he did in the end. Takeuchi only made the second part worst.
Side characters: Yuri and Nana also been pretty irritating, but at least they had a proper story and reason behind their actions.
Enjoyment: I have already mentioned it above that I loved it until the 15th-16th episodes and then just everything went wrong. 6/10
Overall: It had so many potentials, but they lost it halfway. It was okay to watch it once, but I definitely wouldn't rewatch it. 6/10

Tada never falls in love
Story: Weak storyline about a very closed boy, a blondie, and their friends. Lots of fillers until half of the season. It was not very hard to figure out the story as it was way too predictable and wasn't original at all. It was proper boring. Tones of cringy scenes where I couldn't help to roll my eyes.
Also weirdly 99% of the people could speak Japanese even in different countries. Good for them! lol 4/10
Art: It wasn't bad, but nothing eyecatching or extraordinary. The characters looked okay and generally had a good atmosphere. 7/10
Sound: Probably was alright. I'm not sure
...
as I already forgot about it. 6/10
Character: pfff
Teresa: OMG...so annoying! She is the perfect being. She doesn't have even the tiniest flaw. Her voice like a flute...when you blow it with full power. It seriously hurt my ears. She has the sex-appeal like a 12 years old little girl. She and Alec was the two absolute worst characters in this anime.
Tada: His character boring and even though he has some emotional depth, we only get his facial expressions. All other pieces of information are coming from the over-excited side characters. Feels like he is not even there until episode 6 or 7. He got better for the end but still weak. However, I managed to sympathize with him a little bit to the end.
Side characters: THE CAT! Horrible! meow, a million times. After this, I can't even bear to hear my own cat.
Alec is an idiot and she has a very ignorant personality. There is the dog guy that like why is even there kinda character and the pervy idiot. The class rep who has no self-confidence, but what she does contradict with this so badly...honestly is just not possible. And Tada's best friend who is loud and also annoying.
Still, I have to admit they had some good moments so characters get a 5/10
Enjoyment: Have I seen comedy as a genre in the description? Where exactly should I look for humor or comedy elements? Is it was the cat and a full bunch of annoying people? I never had a moment when I even could smile. Slice of life? Well, a pretty boring one then.
The first 6/7 episode was a misery. I really had the urge to turn it off and watch something else, but then I thought I can't review it if I don't watch it so I finished it just to make sure I can write this review from my full heart. It got a bit better for the last 5 episodes, but I definitely not going to watch this again or even remember to its name. 5/10
Overall score: 5/10

I have mixed feelings about Blood Lad.
It's pretty weird because the story was not very good more like just okay, the characters are also not very special (except Staz) and the whole anime not really my taste, but I still enjoyed it very much.
I would like to praise three things in it:
1, Staz as a character. Oh boy, he is very entertaining with his insomniac look and nihilist attitude towards everything. I love how he observes himself like he is some kind of an outsider in his own body. He has the strangest fashion style and he obsessed with everything coming from Japan.
...
He has the greatest respect for his manga/anime heroes..but I don't want to spoiler anything. Well, the best people to be in control always the people who don't want to be in control and he is exactly like that. He is the reason why this anime got some fame. Otherwise, it would be a very low-quality show story and character-wise.
2, Art: I loved the art. It was something interesting to me. Many times reminded me more to comics than animes. Also I loved how they mixed hip-hop and underground style into it. Unfortunately, I'm not a big fan of anime girls with huge boobs and of all the perverted jokes, so that's definitely a minus for me. However, everything else looked very good.
3, Sound: I loved the music! Soundtracks rarely catch my attention but this one was a bingo. I found myself looking them up on youtube.
My scores are:
Story 6/10
Art 8/10
Sound 9/10
Character 7/10 (only because of Staz)
Enjoyment 8/10
Overall score 7.5/10

Akagami no Shirayuki-hime
Story: This is a great anime, but not because of the story. Very simple and nothing really extraordinary about it. However, it never bored me even once. It builds around the characters so it feels like the story is just fine as it is.
I enjoyed much more this 2nd season than the 1st. More action involved and we learn much more about our heroes. 7/10
Art: It's very very beautiful. The characters, the clothes that they wear and really everything look impressive. I especially loved Obi's look. 10/10
Sound: Sound and music is always a hard nut to crack. I was happy with
...
all the voice actors. I'm always amazed by how well they do there job. I can't say anything bad about music, but it wasn't exceptional so I will give a strong 7/10.
Characters: Prince Zen and Shirayuki is a cute couple and they are really the best people for each other. However, Obi some reason was way more interesting than any other character in the whole season. I started looking forward to any scene that he is in and luckily there are plenty of them. He nearly has the same amount of parts as Zen and Shirayuki. As you may suspect now, he was my most favorite character all along. He is very straight forward and the most relaxed person in the show, but he leaves a bittersweet taste to my mouth. He is surrounded by this heavy, nearly painful atmosphere. He is often has a cheeky smile on his face and he really likes teasing people around him. I could say lots of other things from him, but all in all, he is a great guy. I loved his character and his look.
I liked everyone, but next to Obi I have to mention Ranji too. He is the only person who massively changes through the season.
I don't think the characters are amazing or very deep, but they are all so lovable. They made me forget about logic or story or anything that I would look for in other animes. The whole thing just clicks so well.
I give 8/10 because of Obi and Ranji.
Enjoyment: I really liked it! I liked it so much that I decided to read the manga. It's calm and relaxing. It was a very nice experience to watch it. 9/10
Overall: I don't normally watch fantasy genre animes, but this was great and it was really a heartwarming experience. 9/10

Masamune-kun no revenge is like a guilty pleasure for me. I know that it's simple and I knew how it going to end even after the first episode, but it was fun.
Story: Very simple story about a spoiled girl and a boy who has low self-confidence. I personally really enjoyed the way how the story developed slowly. He never looses his main goal and that made me laugh several times. However, there is nothing deep in it, so don't look for any meaningful emotions. This is a comedy so I watched it with that mentality. Sadly only 12 episodes and quite a few just
...
fillers which feel like a waste of time. I'm sure they planned to do the 2nd session as the ending absolutely not satisfying. 6/10
Art: I was very happy with the look of this anime. The characters are very pretty and the whole show just has the right atmosphere. 8/10
Sound: Mostly it wasn't a big deal, but from time to time it caught my attention. Especially when they used horror music for funny scenes. I found it very amusing.
I only listen to intro if it's really good. Well, it wasn't this time so skipped it from the really beginning. 7/10
Characters: If I think about Masamune's thought, they still put a smile on my face. He was very entertaining to watch. He is a good guy with a bad goal, and he is very much determined to get his so-called revenge. I loved how he is a very normal person in real and how he surprised by his own achievements. I found it very funny that he like a teenager's Instagram - everyone sees all the perfect pictures and they think he/she is so cool, but that's not even close to reality. He made me laugh so many times.
The other great character is Yoshino.
All the others are okay. 7/10
Enjoyment: I had such a fun time. I didn't set a high bar for this series so I could just freely enjoy it without expecting something more. 8/10
Overall: This is purely just for fun. Don't wait for huge plot twists, deep meaningful emotions, or real character development because it's not going to happen. But you will get a very nice looking comedy with lots of humorous moments. 7/10

I really wanted to like this anime, but sadly it made me very disappointed.
I get what's the general idea behind it, but some reason I couldn't enjoy it that much.
Story: If I want to be completely honest, I don't think this anime has any story at all. Yeah-yeah we have a boy who has lots of bad experience (nothing very serious) and nasty nature. We can listen to his monologues mainly. He actually a very nice person deep down and blah blah blah. I had this blah blah blah feeling all the time during the whole show. I really started to feel bored
...
after two episodes. So what's the story? Is he will open up to the world and will be a nicer, more opened, but still a nasty tempered person? yeah probably. I don't' know as I didn't feel the urge to read the manga, but I can guess the whole story without reading it. 4/10
Art: Nothing special here too. Not my favorite kinda drawing, but the animation was okay. 6/10
Sound: Once again, nothing special. I can't even remember any of the music so probably it was okay but not good enough. 6/10
Characters: I have to admit that the makers put some effort into the main male protagonist. However, I really didn't like him. He is a wimpy kid. I usually like cynical characters, but he was very unsympathetic to me. Maybe I'm too old to empathize with his emotions. Even though he has some good points, he always gets the wrong end of things. I could not come to like him till the end. I hate people like him in real life. Self-pity one of the worst human trait that can exist and he is the king of self pithiness. His whole personality builds around victimizing himself and then make cynical comments in his head about society and people. He says he doesn't care about others and he is happy as he is...even a blind person can see this is a huge fat lie.
All the other characters lack original personalities. I have seen them all in different animes.
Despite I didn't like most of the characters, I do understand why people like the main guy. I get his personality and as a negative "hero" he is not too bad. I don't like him anyway, but I appreciate the effort that the writer put in him. That's why I give a 6/10 for characters.
Enjoyment: I watched it...I rarely smiled, but I never managed to laugh. I got bored after a few episodes, then about halfway through it got my attention and then slowly died away again. 6/10
Overall: I think this anime could be fun for someone who can sympathize with the male protagonist, but if you don't like him, this show has nothing to offer for you. I give a 6/10 purely because I think my own dislike towards the main character is too strong so I'm not able to give better. If I judge by just my feelings it would be a 4, but I don't want to put this anime under the same score that I gave to some others which were actually really bad.

***May contain a tiny bit of spoiler, but I tried to keep it low***
They say never judge a book by the cover. Well, I did. So for long, I refused to watch this anime. I mean what a stupid name it has...and what's with the bunny girl outfit. Then I ran out of ideas on what to watch and I gave it a go. I'm happy that I did because I really enjoyed it.
Story: After the first episode I thought okay that's silly and probably will be the same all along. The guy tries to save the girl etc etc. Then he done it
...
under 3 episodes. I was not expecting that. Then new cases appeared of the so-called puberty syndrome and I was thinking again, this is fun but is this gonna be like this until the really end? Every 2-3 episodes will have a case and the mainline slowly moves along? To be honest, more or less this is what happens even though I think is a good idea and very amusing to watch. This is the reason why I gave 7/10 for the series. However, I give a 9 for the movie that came out later. But I will talk about it in a different review.
Art: I was very pleased with it. I like the colors, the look of the characters and generally the atmosphere that it gives to the whole show. 8/10
Sound: Sound is a hard nut. The music has to be very good or bad to make me notice it. For this program, it was neither, so I wouldn't say it left any memory in me. That's mean it was probably good, but not good enough. I loved Sakuta's voice and I was satisfied with all the others too.
Characters:
Sakuta: I loved his personality. If a person like him would really exist around me I would be his best mate for sure. This guy knows how to make shit happen. I hate animes where the characters are all shy and awkward. He is calm, straight to the point, doesn't give a shit, and a very good friend. I honestly feel his dead expression. I probably have the same expression most of the time when I listening to my colleagues talking about...I tried to think something, but too many things came to mind so I would say basically everything that they talk about.
He has confidence, he is very sharp and honest. I have read in other reviews that he became a pussy after getting together with Mai. He is no pussy at all. He cares about Mai but most of the time when he "plays pussy" he only jokes around because it's funny to act like that. I think he does it to entertain himself. I'm sure that he could be very annoying for someone who likes to do small talk or has a very extrovert personality, but for me, he is very amusing. I really liked his relationship with his sister. He is a very loving and understanding brother.
I liked Mai too, but the bunny girl outfit is just stupid. I mean no one can see me so I get a playboy outfit...seriously, that's just stupid. She is pretty confident in her professional life but she is much more sensitive emotionally than Sakuta. In my opinion, they make a good couple.
I really liked Kumini, he is a great guy too. Basically I was very happy with all the side characters.
Enjoyment: I really enjoyed it despite I was just fine with the story. 9/10
Overall: I think this is a very good anime to watch. There are some flaws, but it gave me a great time and I found a new favorite character for myself. :) 8/10

Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi
I think this anime not bad, but not good either. It's more like a fair likable thing, but it's not going to suck me in like few others. Even though there is some potential in it.
Story: I really liked the story despite being predictable and not the most original. However, it was entertaining and fairly written. This is a light, enjoyable watch, but if you after excitement or real emotions then this is not for you. The romance part of the story very low and not very deep. The series is not episodic, but because it's repetitive sometimes feels like it is.
...
Anyway, I gave a 7/10 because I liked it and I love animes that includes spirits. That's just my personal preference, otherwise, I would give a strong 6.
Art: I was very unhappy with the art. More precisely with the animation. The characters, the buildings, and really everything looks just fine, but it's very poorly animated. Lots of times when the Ogre and the fox guy move they look like they have some kind of physical disability. It happens a lot when they are talking, but their mouths are not moving or the opposite. Not good, not good at all. (Yeah I'm shaking my head when I say this) It gets a 5/10 as it was still much better than some other stuff that I had the misfortune to watch and because the second session was done a bit better.
Sound: Well, I'm not happy with this either. I nearly never had any problem with Japanese voice actors, but this time I was not satisfied. Especially the ogre god guy's voice was really not right.
The music wasn't good or bad, it was like background noise, not annoying but if you not pay attention you not even notice it. Except for one time in the first session. Oh, I noticed that...It was like someone suddenly changed their mind about the genre of this anime. For a few vast moments, I asked myself "Is this an epic story about a hero from some kind of crappy fantasy?" No, it wasn't, thank god, but honestly, I have no idea what that music had anything to do with this anime. Sorry, I can't remember which episode was it. So sound gets a 4/10
Character: Okay...I liked most of them and my expectations were not too high anyway so I'm not going to analyze them. They are okay for an also okay anime. The whole cooking and eating are not really that interesting, but I can deal with it. However, I would get rid of that shameless, idiotic, and annoying little bold turtle. It's NOT cute to have characters like this. munch munch much...It's cringe!
So the characters are getting a 6/10.
Enjoyment: I enjoyed it. It was okay. It was good as a 7/10 can be.
Overall: I wasn't looking for something unique or meaningful so it was a perfect choice. If you wanna go into sofa/laptop/fluffy blanket mode and chill, Congratulation! This is for you. Don't worry, it's not going to exercise your brain at all. I love chilling under my fluffy blanket so I give this a 6/10.
Thanks for reading it

Hotarubi no Mori e
I loved it so much! It also made me sad so much too.
Story: Very simple, but I personally love simple stories. There is no need for extra drama or complicated characters to make something utterly beautiful. I'm happy with the ending even though it's a very bittersweet feeling. Romance is definitely not the main point of this movie. I wish that people could experience these innocent and honest emotions more in there life and not just in movies.
I love Japanese spirit worlds because they are so magical. It makes me feel like a child again, so this is also an
...
extra point. 10/10
Art: I really loved it. That was my first reason for even considering to watch it. 9/10
Sound: It was soft and very well fitted to the movie. 8/10
Character: Both main characters are very sympathetic.
Gin: I felt so much sorry for him. So lonely. I don't care about character development and all the stuff that usually people write about in reviews. The thought that he wait from every end of summer till the beginning of summer and he hopes that she will be safe, healthy, happy and she will really come back to see him again...very heart-rending. I live abroad and I see the same look on my mum's and dad's faces every time when I leave them after a short time together. But at least I can hug them when we meet and say goodbye, not like Gin. I'm very glad that his wish came true in the end. Although it's the saddest thing that I have seen in a long time.
Hotaru: She is very much a normal little girl. She found an interesting friend and she feels she is a bit special to have such a friend. I love how she gets attached to Gin and how she realizes that just being around Gin is a risk to lose him forever. I'm sure she loves him, but it's much more than romantic love. It's like a parent/sibling/friend/lover mixed together kinda love. Real selfless innocent love. I'm sure that's the reason why she didn't break in the end. She is happy that Gin was happy.
Enjoyment: It warmed my heart so much. 10/10
Overall: The atmosphere, the characters and the story of this short movie gave me much more to me than 50 others altogether. This is an absolute 10/10

Okay, so Wolf girl and black prince.
This is more like a response to negative reviews than an actual review.
...
*****It may contain spoilers*****
**English is my second language so please excuse my mistakes**
Story: 7/10 - fairly simple, but very amusing
Art:8/10 - very pleasant look
Sound:6/10 - nothing memorable
Character:7/10 - I liked most of the characters. Not much of character development though. Side characters are likable, but not that interesting. From the mains please see below.
Enjoyment:8/10 - I had good fun with it.
Overall: 7/10 - mainly because of Erika's personality
I have read quite a few negative reviews about the anime and the manga. Obviously all of them were about an abusive relationship between the two mains. I see this a bit differently so let me explain why.
So we have a spoiled girl with absolutely nothing negative in her past. Loving parents, a great best friend, and a generally good lifestyle. This girl is often seen as a victim by people, saying she was blackmailed into an abusive relationship by the male main character. In my opinion, her personality god knows why it's very needy. She wants all the good things in life without the slightest effort to make. So she makes friends with two girls that not even similar to her and she start bragging about her love life with no shame. These kinds of people are shallow and very stupid. I don't feel a bit of empathy towards her. Then this girl makes a mistake that is too much to handle for her and because she is a huge coward she decides to not take the responsibility for her actions.
Then we have the other side with the main male character, who has some emotional trouble, (but nothing major really) and basically he very much true to himself.
When these two meet our Sata thinks that this girl is stupid as hell. And he is right! She is stupid! This is the part when he starts testing how far she willing to go to keep up her image.
First of all, she never had to agree to anything. She had the chance to choose and she chose to have no self-respect every time. I really don't get why she is victimized because of her own decisions.
Sata starts playing with the situation and that's what people call cruel and sadist. Well from my point of view a person like Erika doesn't need pampering just to make her feel better. She caused the situation and she shows no sign of willingness to learn from it. She is not mentally disabled or troubled or whatever to not be able to understand what happens. If she has a bit of brain she would learn her lesson and leave. Every "cruel" move from Sata an opportunity to do this. So why should I feel sorry for her?! Also, why should Sata feel sorry or be nice to her?!
He despises her at the very beginning then his feelings turn into pity and in the end, he starts feeling sensitive and protective. After some time he recognizes this as love. He mentions it quite a few times that Erika makes herself an easy target for bad people. I think many people failed to see that Sata expressed his disagreement about Erika's low self-respect very often and he made a point every single time when he asked her to do something embarrassing. He also made fun of her pointless desperation for love too. He pointed out how shallow the feeling she has and how he definitely unable to respond to something meaningless like that. He thinks Erika's mindless struggle is entertaining. Well, I think so too! You can't help a person who doesn't want to be helped. So why should I or anyone consider her feelings? I hate how people so empathize with others in bad situations even though the person caused their own troubles. If I smoke all my life and get lung cancer why should anyone feel sorry for me? She has free will, but she doesn't want to use it. Well, she is lucky that Sata actually not a bad person because later in her life she would be in HUGE trouble. Everything that he does with her could be a great help to improve and step forward, but as I said before she makes the wrong decisions every damn annoying time. She is basically a self abuser. Most people in abusive relationships have a reason to be in one. (bad childhood, bad parents, wrong morals in the family ...etc) What's her reason to want to choose to feel like crap? I don't get her. I guess the writer didn't give that much thought to her personality.
When they finally got together, everyone was expecting a huge change in their relationship. WHY? He still the same person and Erika still doing stupid mistakes. I don't think if you comfort someone like her that actually really helps that person. Also, a person like Erika is a massive energy vampire.
I'm not saying that Sata is perfect, but he has self-awareness, brain, and his own thoughts about life. He is suspicious about relationships because he experienced and seen lots of people with shallow feelings (including his parents - at least that what he thinks from them). His feelings are deep and that's the reason why he is so afraid to express them as he thinks that makes him vulnerable and weak. Everything that he does or says has real meanings and to make sure he is protecting these feelings he uses "pride" as a defense. I think this is a perfectly understandable and realistic emotional state. He slowly getting much gentler with Erika, but that's because of his love towards her and not because she put so much effort into there relationship. (she only whines most of the time) The way how he says he owns Erika it's just a dumb way to show how he fears losing her. He only makes these statements when guys around. Otherwise, he never keeps Erika away from anyone or anything. I have read the manga too and although there are some situations where he is stubborn and selfish, and he asks Erika not to do something even though that thing is important for her, he always loosens up in the end. He is a human being with positive and negative feelings and he can make bad decisions too. I don't want to analyze him further just one more thought. I'm sure he has much more emotional weaknesses than the things I mentioned above, otherwise, he wouldn't choose Erika as a partner, but I really liked his character anyway.
Overall: I very much think what Sata did with Erika is bad because of his selfish reasons, however, that could be beneficial to Erika if she is not that stupid. I really think that Sata's love actually deep and meaningful not like Erika's. Also, I don't think she has been abused even once, she never been forced to do anything. She just reaped what she sowed I guess. I definitely couldn't be able to respect a person like her.
Thanks for reading it. o/
