I fell for Katanagatari!
Just finished it a few minutes ago so I'm still under the influence.
Okay, so in order to start, first the story.
Katanagatari has a very simple storyline, 12 episodes, and 12 swords to collect. Pretty straightforward. However, it's not a story that you could have seen a million times. Katanagatari managed to offer an alternative universe where having strange characters with even stranger powers and even more stranger dialogues are the most natural things in the world. Where death is just another new experience in life and where each and every character is just another pawn in the big messed up

plan. I was very pleased with the story, however, it was lacking in some ways, such as giving more background to side characters or giving a better explanation of the reasons behind the main plot. Anyway, it was a unique experience to watch this anime. 8/10
Art: World and character design were just great! World design reminded me of Samurai Champloo a lot, and the characters felt like they are just stepped out of a cool indie alternative game. The animation felt nice and smooth, but I had a feeling that they could put a bit more effort into fight scenes as they felt short and not very spectacular. However, they nicely used the main character's simple personality to make comments about not really wanting to be flashy. It was a funny and creative idea! :D 9/10
Sound: Well, another great thing in Katanagatari. And another point where I was reminded of Samurai Champloo even though the music here was slower and had fewer hip hop elements. In my opinion, music is one of the most important parts of any anime or movie. Music conveys lots of emotions and provides a unique atmosphere that worlds or art can't. Katanagatari certainly has a special atmosphere. 9/10
Characters: I absolutely adored both main characters. I loved how their personalities changed slowly which was beautifully presented by how they got closer to each other with every episode. However, their romantic feelings are more just a symbolization of their character development.
Shichika was my absolute favorite in this anime. He looks like a simple guy with a deadpan face but he has a deadpan face because he never learned or experienced even the most basic human emotions. Even though Shichika claims to fell for Togame from the very beginning, he has absolutely no clue what that actually really means. I think his reason to join Togame was more because he was bored. He is a sword and he really feels just like an object at the start but on their journey, he slowly learns things like devotion, regret, jealousy, respect...etc, and love. It's funny how he considers himself stupid, even though he has pretty good common sense. Shichika also has a very interesting background and family.
Togame is the opposite of Shichika. She has a complex emotional inner world, she is very experienced and intelligent although childish at times. Her development is less obvious at first glance because of her more complicated personality and background, and because even though she talks a lot she says very little.
There are tons of side characters in Katanagatari. They are generally interesting and fun to watch. As I mentioned above, I wouldn't mind getting a bit more info about them as sometimes they felt like they are only in the anime to die. 8/10
Enjoyment: I loved the music, the art, the characters, and the world. I don't think this anime is perfect but it gave me nearly 12 hours of pure enjoyment so at this point I throw all logical reasons and scores out of the window and give a 10/10 for enjoyment. This is a 100% subjective score from me.
Overall: Very good story, great art, great music, fun characters, and creative execution. I don't think I did a very good job with this review as I could say so much more from the story and the characters, but I had a hard time putting my thoughts into words.
My objective score would be an 8/10, but I fell for this anime so my absolute subjective final score is a 9/10.

This is the first BL anime I've ever watched and I'm very conflicted. No, not because of the gay set up.
I would like to start with a quick overview of everything but the characters.
Story: Even though I had some major issues with the couples, I can't deny it was interesting to watch this anime in a weird twisted way. I can't say there is much plot of the story though. If it's not for the age gap (proper pedophilia) I would say this is a pretty average romance with some sweet moments. However, it came across as disturbing many times because of the

weird set up. I could not understand the reason why the mangaka chose to have such young and emotionally insecure characters as MCs , but more about this when I will get to the characters. 5/10
Art: I really liked the art. That was the main reason why this anime caught my attention in the first place. I think the character design was nice. Although, I don't get what was the reason to use 3D fishes in the pub... 7/10
Sound: I was very happy with all the voice actors. They did a very good job. All the voices were in place and suited the characters. The music was average at best. 7/10
Characters: Oh well...This gonna be a bit long I'm afraid. 3/10
I gave this anime score of 6 at first, but then I was thinking through everything again and there is no way this was a fair experience.
Our first couple: Where to start... it's just wrong, very very wrong in so many ways.
So we have a boy (Setagawa) who has only reached the point of his teenage age when his sexuality and personality just start budding. He has abandonment issues and he is very much clueless about girls and boys. That is exactly the age when kids discover themselves and their sexual identity. So there is this guy who he admires a lot because he stood up for him when he felt scared and helpless. I could not see any romantic feelings in this as it felt more like respect as an older brother or an exemplar.
However, even if he developed romantic feelings towards his hero, I don't think anything is wrong with it from his side. It is very understandable to have a crush on someone who you respect a lot. The problem starts with this other person.
Kousuke: If I would like to explain him in one word I would say pathetic!
First of all, he is a full-grown adult who is working with kids. I never got to know how old is he, but I would guess at least 25. He developed feelings toward Setagawa when he was only 13. That's already very alarming. What I got out from the whole story, that Kousuke felt lost at the time they first met, and tutoring and helping Setagawa helped him to get confidence as an adult and as a teacher. If is this happening without any romantic feelings involved I would say this is actually a pretty nice story, BUT he realized his feelings, and after some time he gets possessive towards the boy. And from this point, everything is just wrong. He has very serious issues! A responsible adult would leave the whole thing or would wait until the other party gets to know himself good enough to actually will be able to decide about his sexual identity. NOPE, this guy gets jealous over a teenage girl and he thinks his feelings give him authority to do whatever he wants with a confused and emotionally damaged boy. Kousuke is disgusting! He obviously more experienced in million ways than poor Setagawa and he is having fun putting this into use. He is aggressive with his romantic and sexual desires and he gives zero thought about how is this affects Setagawa. I'm pretty sure that boy never even kissed with anyone else before and Kousuke already talking about having sex. Sure that's pretty normal in an adult relationship, but in this relationship, nothing can be called normal. How pathetic an adult has to be to feel good from overpowering a young boy and using him to give himself emotional and sexual satisfaction. GROSS! A healthy person can't even romanticly connect that way with a kid. Obviously, Kousuke is a sick guy.
I also found it very disturbing that all the other adults think of this as a normal thing. They don't question anything and their only concern that Kousuke might be caught if he is not careful enough. Hellooo!!...this is called pedophilia in most civilized countries!
In a nutshell that's all from Kousuke..although I still could further analyze him.
Our second couple: Not that disturbing, at least they are at the same age. However, far from wholesome. I've read in many reviews saying they hate Hasekura. I personally do not dislike him. Yes, he is manipulative. Yes, he used a very wrong method to make his feelings recognized, and Yes, he was pretty aggressive.
I know that emotionally blackmailing Kensuke wasn't the best way to get into a relationship, but Kensuke made a decision, and even if that decision turns out to be the wrong one that's fine as they both kids, and they are still at their learning and experiencing phase of their life. I had a feeling that other viewers looked at Hasekura as a more experienced nearly adult person, but he is far from it. He is 15 just like Kensuke. Yes, he is more mature than him but I don't think he has more experience how to deal with these things than anybody else would have at that age. Especially if we consider it that he had a crush on Kensuke since they were small, so most probably he never had any other relationship. I think Hasekura's behavior is much less worrying than Kensuke's.
Kensuke on the other hand has an emotional dependency on Hasekura. He also has a very weak and easily influenceable personality. And I honestly think Kensuke is NOT gay at all or at least he wouldn't be in a relationship with any other boy than Hasekura. Also, he is very far from being mature enough to be able to decide about his sexual identity. That's probably the most disturbing thing in their relationship. I don't think he discovered his sexuality, he just went with it because he was scared to lose his friend. First signs of the co-dependence personality btw. All in all his personality gives reasons to be concerned about him and his future.
Side characters were alright, they were very supportive...I think they were a bit unrealistically too understanding though. When one of them stood up and said Kousuke's and Setagawa's relationship is gross I thought that's a fair thing to say because it is, but his opinion was shut down straight away. Also, it made it obvious that the mangaka recognizes the problem with their relationship, but thinks nothing of it. I think that the whole situation was handled very badly.
The adult side characters were very creepy in my opinion.
Enjoyment: Well...It was able to occupy my thoughts after watching it for some time. Also, It had some sweet moments, but that not change the fact that it still contains things which are shouldn't be acceptable in any kind of media. I finished it as I thought it's interesting, but I would never recommend it to anyone. I enjoyed the look of this anime and if the characters wouldn't have such a sick relationship I would even like all of them. Still, because it got me thinking and made me write this review I think a 6 is a fair score for enjoyment.
Overall: I think I already said everything above so my score 5/10.

If you like historic animes, I really recommend watching this. Please don't be fooled by the genre description, this is no way a harem anime. Romance also very low in it so if you after that this is not for you. But you will get other wonderful things like friendship, loyalty, and pride.
Story: The story revolves around the end of the Samurai era when people start realizing that their sword getting worthless against new weapons. interesting and sad to watch.
There is some supernatural element in the story but in my opinion, the only reason for it just to make this anime more appealing to the general audience. It has zero influence on the main story and I think it's absolutely unnecessary to even have it. However, it does not ruins the big picture. If it is not for this demon thing I would give a 10 for the story, but it still worth a 9/10
Art: The art is not fantastic, but fairly good. The animation also fair. Fight scenes are okay. The characters are good looking and they have a nice style. 7/10
Sound: I think this is the weakest trait of this anime. The music isn't memorable in the slightest. OP and ED were okay, but not something I would listen to every time when I watch a new episode. The Japanese dub is okay, but I personally didn't like the main male character's voice, but that's just my personal opinion. 6/10
Characters: All male characters are likable and acting very realistically. I felt very sad for each of them.
On the other hand, Chizuru acts like a typical anime girl. I found it really strange that she has a special ability and she never even question the reasons behind it. She is not interested in how she can use it or anything about it. Weird... As I said earlier, I think she and everything about this demon bloodline is an absolute bait for more audience. She is unnecessary to the story. Even the other filler characters like Kazama is a total waste of time. They do not accomplish anything or add any value to the story. It really felt like that the maker was afraid if she/he does not put something extra into this story than people not going to be interested.
However, the main male cast is great and interesting. They deserve an 8/10
Enjoyment: This anime is interesting and meaningful. I was not bored even once. 8/10
Overall: This is a great anime which I think a bit underrated. I really recommend watching it. 8/10

First of all, I really enjoying this manga so far, so if you wonder why I only gave 6 out of 10, well I have to tell you that, I had some very major issues with it. Let me explain.
I would like to start with all the good things in this manga:
1, The story is someway refreshing compared to other typical romcoms. It feels like the creator wanted to make sure that the characters and the story do not contain any cliches.
Horimiya doesn't have any unnecessary drama, awkward cringy scenes, and annoyingly slow moments. The humor is cute or just plain funny most of
...
the time.
2, The characters are adorable! It doesn't matter if I talk about the main couple, Hori's parents, or any of the side characters. They have deeper personalities than what I would expect from a romcom.
We have an otaku looking male protagonist who is everything but an otaku, a female protagonist who is a proper sadist and more jealous towards men than women and her family which is the biggest fan of her boyfriend. With the side characters, we get some other fun characters like the typical loud and supposed to be an annoying guy who is a very quiet boy at home, the student council prez who is afraid of Hori and feel embarrassed by his thin body and his girlfriend who surprisingly nice and intelligent even though she is an idol for schoolboys. And I could go on and on about all the other characters. They are all very loveable.
3, The art is very nice. I especially loved all the colored pages from time to time. The characters look is very pretty and neat.
And now my problems with this manga:
1, I know this manga started off as a webcomic then they made a manga from it and added extra chapters in order to the storyline. That's a great thing. However, the story is great until about chapter 45-50, then start focusing on only funny life moments, which are still entertaining, but getting boring to read after 30 or so chapters. The main couple loses all the depth of their relationship and slowly the story becoming more like a comedy than a romantic comedy. The jokes start revolving around Hori's sadist/masochist personality and her jealousy towards men.
2, The characters and the story stop developing. After chapter 40 basically no development in Hori's and Miyamura's relationship. Same with the side characters. They have fun times together and that's it. Although the characters have lots of potentials to grow and experience deeper emotions it's just never happening. Feels like the artist too afraid to go into something like that so she only touches the surface then turns her face away from any kind of development or deeper meaning.
3, And the worst of all, there is that ominous chapter 37...so you get something big. What would you expect after that in the next chapter? And what you will get? Exactly nothing! There is no follow up conversation between the main couple or any kinda tiny reference that thing ever happened. Rather than talking about it, it looks like they try to forget about it as Miyamura claims several times later that he never did anything like that to Hori and he starts blushing like crazy.
There are several other occasions when it feels like they start a side plot then they forget about it as it never happened. For example, when Yoshikawa visits Hori just because she has a crush on Miyamura as Hori's cousin, Miyamura's first kiss to Hori, Miyamura asking Hori to marry him or Yoshikawa's and Ishikawa's serious and important conversation, and what happens next? Nothing! As I said like these things never happened! There are also several times when an important conversation is cut short and they never get back to it.
These are serious issues with the story and if I don't adore the characters as I do would probably already stopped reading Horimiya after chapter 50.
And if not for these problems I would love this manga! Such a shame that the creator doesn't let the characters go a bit deeper.
However, I still recommend reading it if you are into romcom, but do not expect to much romance from it.

Welcome to the NHK

Story: The story starts with the introduction of our main not too positive hero. He is a shut-in a couple of years already, however where we join into the story he is at his absolute breaking point. That's the moment when a mysterious girl offers him a contract to help him to get back to normal life. He slowly starts to open up, with not too positive experiences.
We can watch several different scenarios that could go wrong in a human being's life who has no self-confidence, self-respect, or any ambition. I'm not going to lie, lots of episodes are very

painful to watch, because of some very embarrassing situations which created by the main character (not in any cringe way, more like how low a human being can go way), but it's definitely a well-written story. All the side characters have similar issues and they smoothly interweave with the main character's life. The humor is good in the anime, however, if you want to watch something lighthearted this is definitely not for you. I loved the story and Sato's problems felt really realistic even though I doubt that all of these could happen with only one person. This anime is a great way to give an inside look to someone's mind, mental health, and the emotional state behind their decisions. 10/10
Art: I really liked the art! It felt weird at the very beginning, but I grew very fond of it to the end. 9/10
Sound: Purupuru pururin rin...Okay, so Sato nearly goes insane because of this song. And we will hear it about a million times during the anime, but same as Sato starts humming it after a while I'm sure any viewer will do the same to the end. :D I find myself humming while I was making food in the kitchen. I really liked the music in the whole show. My favorite was the first ED. :) 9/10
Character: 10/10 As you would expect from a physiological anime, the characters are the most important. I think they really did a good job here too.
Sato: I don't want to explain his personality too much. He is a good guy with a horrible mental state. He always chooses the easier way in everything, he is a coward and he loves thinking about himself as a victim of society or the so-called NHK. His conspiracy theories all coming from his inability to make decisions or put any kind of effort into his life. It's just easier to think that there is a lurking shadow somewhere and that thing makes his life miserable than to accept the fact that he is the cause of his own misery. He is very egocentric therefore his decisions are really selfish. He is willing to accept any situation just because he is too big of a coward to do things alone or to stand up for himself. And I could go on... All in all, I think he is not a conspiracy nut job at all. NHK is just a great way to escape from responsibility and reality but in the end, reality will hit everyone one way or another. I loved the moment when he finally was left alone and he admitted he was a shut-in because other people took care of him but if no one will do that anymore he has two choices, die or work. Well, he decided to work. (That simple :D) He realized life is hard for everyone and he is not special in any way to have the luxury to be a shut-in. Great conclusion!
I really liked all the side characters. They have unique personalities and stories. Both Misaki and Yamazaki great examples of real people with real issues. Although they are not shut-ins they have just as much trouble to deal with their life as Sato. Both characters are very loveable and it’s easy to relate to their problems. However Yamazaki the absolute winner between the three. He is the only one with clear goals in mind and even though he is afraid of his future he is taking responsibility and faces it. That’s the reason why he is the first person to leave this little group. Misaki is way too young, inexperienced, and fairly arrogant to be able to handle her own problems so she makes this theory about treating people in her mind like garbage. She tries to believe she is superior to Sato, but in reality, she has a bigger need of him than Sato has her.
I could mention Hitomi, Kobayashi, and all the others and their mental issues, but that would make this review an essay so I will not do it in this review, but that's not mean they are less interesting.
Enjoyment: I loved it! It was entertaining, meaningful, funny, and painful at times. The full scale of all sorts of emotions. 10/10
Overall: The reason why only get's a 9 out of 10 it's because there are some holes in the character's backstories. However, this not makes this anime less worthy to watch. :) 9/10

I thought the first season was slow but cute. Well, this second season was irritatingly much slower and so much less cute.
It's such a shame that the makers gave in to cheap drama and long sparkly scenes with no real meaning. Although the characters are still loveable and the animation is very nice they ruined everything with slow progression and lots of cringe moments. 10 episodes out of 12 are just unbearable to watch without skipping ahead. The two main characters are acting unlogical to their personalities and you literally have to watch 10 episodes to get a full conversation between Sawako and Kazehaya.

The worst part that they completely lost their brain cells too. They act and think so stupid, it started irritating me very quickly.
The makers put a huge effort into Chizu's and Ryu's relationship in the first season. This time they only throw a bone to the audience. They had ONE moment! Even though they had at least 3-4 episodes in the previous season.
Overall: I only gave 7 points to the first season because it was slow, but the characters were cute and the original idea was good. (Even though I'm not a fan of the shy girl-popular boy combo. )
However, this second season pissed me off. I wanted to continue to adore the characters and they made me feel miserable with all the things I mentioned above. I can't give anything better than a score of 5. Even 5 is out of courtesy because of the art and the first season.
I will just go with the manga.

Sound: 5 ( it wasn't anything great or special)
Characters: 5 ( I like them, but this season made them awful)
Enjoyment: 4 ( I did not enjoy this season at all, but still it made me smile a few times)

Huge disappointment!
Story: The story is weak and the episodes are very repetitive. You can watch 12 episodes with exactly the same scenario. It gets really boring after 3 episodes. We can watch petty mind games which are on the level of an elementary schooler's. Lots of cliches and dumb humor. The story is going absolutely nowhere. 3/10
Art: Art is the only good point of this anime. It looks pretty and well animated. 8/10
Sound: Alright. However, this whole narrating not much fun after a few episodes. Voice actors are fine. 6/10
Characters: The characters are all useless. They do not have proper personalities. Typical cliche cast: genius

main couple (but they are not that cool like they look), dumb girl ( who is always appearing at the worst times), and a depressed otaku ( his main character trait that he is an otaku). They all act childish and it seems like non of them born with any backbones as they are just the biggest cowards in the world. The makers tried to push this pride and genius thing on the two mains, but PLEASE....it has nothing to do with anything. 3/10
Enjoyment: It was painful and annoying to watch many times. Also, it was boring after a few episodes. 4/10
Overall: I really don't get it how this anime got such a high score with such a poor story and characters. I would not recommend this to any of my friends. So many much better animes out there which would deserve a second season more than this. I can't even say this is light fun stuff to watch as it's more painful to watch their struggle than fun. Also, another annoying thing is that the narrator and the characters talk then some writing pops up at the same time, so it's impossible to watch without stopping it every second to be able to read everything on the screen. (Japanese sound/English sub) AAAhhh this whole made me very disappointed and it pissed me off. 5/10

His and her circumstances
I have watched the anime first and I was expecting a funny light story. Oh man, I was very wrong. After finishing the anime (which had a horrible low budget art) I couldn't wait to read the manga.
Story: The story starts off by introducing two brilliant teenagers who pretend to be something else than what they are in real life. Yukino is the female lead who has a twisted second personality and her biggest "enemy" the flawless Souichirou. I really thought this was going to be another romantic shoujo manga with spiced with some humor. Again, I was dead wrong.

story has logical and real emotions from a realistic relationship between the two main characters. I have never seen anything like this before from a shoujo anime. Their love builds up so nicely to the point that they actually decide to get to the next level. This is something very rare in romantic animes as most of them only build-up to the first kiss or just to start the relationship. But not this one. And the best part is that the story only just starts getting more interesting as from that point we getting to know the main male character's real nature and thoughts. I don't want to spoil anything, but it gets very dark. Way too dark for a simple romantic shoujo manga. I loved it!!
Second, all side characters have a real background and story. They are not just side characters, as they are very important to the story. Again it's so rare when we get so much info to get to know other characters than the mains. Any of the side characters could be this manga's main protagonist as they all have detailed personalities. Honestly, this amazed me! We even get to know all the parents and their backstories. This is very rare!
The story overall: I hardly say this to anything, but the story is outstanding. No awkward silly situations, everything realistic, and even managed to be funny. I read the manga straight away after watching the anime and it was one of the most interesting stories I have ever read. 10/10
Art: The art was very good compared to how old is this manga. The only thing that I didn't like that it has a lot of scribbles between the conversations. It made it a bit messy. 8/10
Characters: I would write an essay if I start to analyze all of them. They are great! doesn't matter which character we talk about as they all have their stories. As I said above any of the side characters easily could become the main character of a stand-alone manga.
The main male protagonist's story is so interesting that I couldn't stop reading the manga so I was up until 4am for two days in a row just to get to know him better :D
My favorite was Kazuma. No particular reason simply that he is like an angel, but not in the common anime way. No, he is really something else.
Characters are an absolute 10/10
Enjoyment: I loved it! It left a huge impact on me. I'm so happy that I found it. The only reason why I give a 9 instead of 10 because there were some chapters that I had the urge to skip because it felt disappointing that something interesting going on then Bamm and 5 chapters of something completely different.
Overall: This is a great manga. I really recommend it to anyone who likes mature thinking and strong characters. READ IT! haha 9/10

The story overall: I hardly say this to anything, but the story is outstanding. No awkward, silly situations, everything realistic, and even managed to be funny. I read the manga straight away after watching the anime, and it was one of the most interesting stories I have ever read. 10/10
Art: As amazing the story is, the art is that bad. I know we are talking about 1998, but still horrible. It's so low budget that it makes it unbearable to watch some episodes. It starts alright but every episode has a 5 minutes recap and they use lots of pictures from the manga. Around the 13th episode, there is a full episode that just recaps, and after that everything is getting worse. It gets to the point where they don't even bother with animation and whole episodes just cut out characters on sticks from the manga. Absolutely dreadful! I think the most horrible was those pictures from traffic lights and roads. It was miserable to watch them for minutes and just listen to the characters talking. The last episode was something I have never had the misfortune to see before. Pictures and lines on the screen and two narrators saying nonsense words meanwhile. Are they really thought it's going to be artistic?!
Art was the absolute worst in the whole anime. 1/10
Sound: Sound was surprisingly very good. I'm not sure about the music, but the voices were excellent. 8/10
Characters: I would write an essay if I start to analyze all of them. They are great! doesn't matter which character we talk about as they all have their stories. As I said above any of the side characters easily could become the main character of a stand-alone anime.
The main male protagonist's story is so interesting that I couldn't stop reading the manga so I was up until 4am for two days just to get to know him better :D
My favorite was Kazuma. No particular reason simply that he is probably an angel as he is so nice, but not in the common anime way. No, he is really something else.
Characters are an absolute 10/10
Enjoyment: I did enjoy the anime, but sadly the art ruined the huge part of it. However, I'm so glad I watched it because I would never read the manga otherwise. 7/10
Overall: It's a great story, but you have to be a hardcore masochist to endure the art. But if you manage it I guarantee you will want to read the manga. All the credit which I give to this anime in this review belongs more to the manga so READ THE MANGA! 7/10

Itazura na Kiss
My overall opinion is: Pffff... I definitely would not recommend it to anyone. I never thought I will watch something as bad as Sukitte Ii na yo (Say "I love you"). I thought that was my absolute low, but no... itakiss managed to hit that level. 3/10
Story: Awful...I don't even know how to describe it. We can watch 25 episodes about an idiotic girl's and a stone-cold guy's romance starting from high school until they become adults and have a child. That wouldn't be such a bad thing...but everything is so shallow. It's full of unlogical emotions, unreasonable decisions, annoying and stupid characters

and they all have zero background stories. Also tones of cliches. I don't think I have ever seen something containing that many cliches in my life. And this is not even the worst thing about this anime. You will see below if you continue to read. 3/10
Art: Well...not very nice, but if you have some extra imagination then alright. 5/10
Sound: Nothing memorable. Most voices are good. Sound is probably the best thing in this anime. (compared to everything else) 6/10
Characters: Oh my... 2/10
Kotono - She is stupid that's a fact. You will be able to watch 25 episodes about her stupidity and clumsiness which is getting irritating after the 3rd episode. She has no ambitions, brain, talent, self-respect, and any feminine aura. Her only "good" trait that she is stubborn. It's doesn't matter how humiliating or how big of nonsense she will endure it and keep going. What a great raw model for the targetted audience (teenagers).
Naoki Irie - He has no personality at all. His only personal trait that he is a mean genius. After being hardcore meany with Kotono for about a year he falls in love with her so bad that he must propose marriage to her straight away. This guy is such a man that basically everyone in this anime can do whatever they want with him. He just goes like "Grrr" and then acts like a ragdoll. Even when they get married and they go for their honeymoon and a random bitch cling onto him he just goes with it for days. His mum makes all the decisions all along. Honestly, he is only necessary for the story because Kotono can't have a relationship with Naoki's mum. (I cringe so bad that I want to hide my face)
Side characters: They only exist for Kotono. They are uninteresting, they do not have a personality or background, and most of the time they are freaking annoying.
Enjoyment: Boring, annoying, irritating and so so stupid. The only reason why I finished it to make sure I can write this review. It was so unbearable I have to skip parts from time to time or else my brain would start to rot. 3/10
Only watch it for your own responsibility.
