The first season had one thing going for it and they took it away from us.
The animation was bad and the story mid but the girls used to be extremely cute. There was so many of them and it carried the first season extremely hard because otherwise this is a super generic story. The changes to the characters/redesigns are offensively bad. Most are way less sexualized, they also lost a lot of cute features and honestly a lot of them are straight up unrecognizable, like who tf are these people, where did the waifus go?! This is just sad, no reason to watch this anymore ... as it's main/only appeal is gone, butcherd. I cannot comprehend how something like this could happen.
