This is a five-second clip of a boy writing that was made in the 1900s, so I'll try my best to make this an outstanding review.
It could be up to your imagination of what the plot is, but it's just a boy writing on the board and then bowing toward the audience. The animation is fluent behind frames though there isn't much color which isn't a big deal for what year this came out.
This animation is a quick watch so if you want to add another anime to your watch list and you don't want to have to watch an anime with a

Digimon Adventure Movie

I haven't watched this in YEARS, not to mention I watched it dubbed and not subbed so there was a bit of a difference when I watched it. It's based a few years before the original series and it's the first encounter of the DigiDestined with Digimon and tells us the incident when Parrotmon came to the real world.
I don't think I have to explain the animation in this. It's amazing and every frame moves fluently. You mostly focus on Taichi and his little sister Hikari but you also see the young future DigiDestined from the original and season two. I highly enjoyed it ... Aug 13, 2023

The animation holds up well. It's smooth. It does a good job capturing how the manga looked in the first 30 or so chapters. Everyone is so expressive and the battle scenes were so well animated! I'll admit, I was getting a tad bored of it near the end, but it wasn't bad. It was entertaining, especially at the end when the little girl had that life preserver on Luffy. This was made before the anime and it wasn't even Toei who made it; everyone sounds different obviously but it's not too bad and the music in this is amazing, it honestly reminds me of

Aggressive Retsuko

Aggressive Retsuko was fun to watch! With every episode I watch, I feel more and more related to Retsuko. Her inner thoughts with her coworkers and even her bosses get me every time. The characters are a bit different from the Netflix series, especially Haida, he doesn't have a big crush on her but instead, he seems like a background character. Though it feels like only a few characters have a personality, making me like the Netflix series a little bit more but other than that I highly recommend you give this anime a chance!
It's a really fast watch with every episode being a minute ... Aug 7, 2023
This interesting vintage animation was confusing to watch Firstly, there is a shadowy opening that reveals a puddle being crossed by different kinds of wheels and shadows of various shoes. Then the next scene features a playing card, the spade, competing with the heart card, but ultimately overpowered by the club. The club then proceeds to attack the spade and wins the heart. I won't be able to tell you the point or plot of this animation. I don't recommend this one unless you're curious about how animations were in the 1930s. It's honestly confusing and boring but it's only four minutes so it

An interesting film, it's one of those movies you watch during your spare time. Each part of the film has its set of music to it and I love the way it looks like it was drawn frame by frame just like past films. (But I could be wrong.) I found it pretty unique that when the same character shows again and again, they have the same animation, and they colors they use with each frame is bright and catches your eye. If you have some time on your hands or you're bored, give this film a try! Though I did give it a five

It starts how it ends, a man taking a sip of their drink.
At first, I thought it was just gonna repeat over and over again. But the animation slowly changed with every second that passed. This movie was tagged with dementia and there couldn't be a better word than that. It feels like life and death, and how your world changes with dementia. The animation is smooth but in your face, and I'm a sucker for pencil animation so I enjoyed that. The sound could be better it seemed quiet for most of it. But if you have a few minutes of free time, go ... Jun 8, 2023
When I first watched this years ago, I gave this ONA a 5 out of 10 since it was just 37 seconds of a windshield wiper of a car. But after rewatching and reading some of the reviews I decided to bring it up one score. The fact it's supposed to represent a drunk driver and the effects of driving drunk makes it easier to understand the message of this short animation.
The audio is pretty fun with it repeating over and over while the face gets wiped over and over as well. I'm not sure if I would recommend this to anyone nor would ... |
