A Quick Review:
I'm gonna be completely honest here. No fancy elitist language or deep metaphors. No emotional hysteria.

This movie hit me different then any other I've seen. While its not as philosophically deep as some other anime or movies, its not lacking emotional moments either. It was a perfect blend of a movie that's not creating a darker tone just to make people cry but its not trying to make you question your entire existence either. I also noticed that it took an interesting perspective on family as well but that's not exactly what I focused on.

This movie hit me different emotionally and ...

A Quick Review:
I rated this purely off of my enjoyment

I loved this show. It has a nice pacing to character development and kept a great atmosphere that kept me on the edge of my seat.

There were a lot of plot twists, some predicable others not, but it all felt realistic.
there was never really a moment where I though, "oh that would never happen"

The art was great and I loved the colors that were used. It really added to the atmosphere that was created.

It was sometimes hard for me to keep the character names straight but when I could the plot got 10x more interesting. ...

A Quick Review:
I've seen VERY mixed reviews for this show.
While it is very sexual, gory and has a very unorthodox story, there is a rather ambiguous but powerful underlying theme and narrative, which I took away as 'humanity will be its own downfall' though as said earier, its very open to interpretation

The music was great in my opinion.

The art style I found nice as well. It wasn't as well polished which helped set up the environment. Kind of gave me Ping Pong: the Animation vibes, which is to be expected since both have the same directer and all.

While there were some characters I liked there ...

A Pretty Quick Review:

It took forever to finish since I really couldn't get into it. Maybe I saw it after Beastars or because I'm just not too interested in the human/animal hybrid concept. I had higher expectations but the show wasn't horrible

The op and ed were pretty good
The characters were... fine/average

Plot didn't really do much to keep my interest and there were some "plot twists" that were super obvious just from character design, voice acting, and animation lighting.

The animation itself looks pretty good. The designs are unique and the color pallet was pretty nice.

A Quick Review

My biggest Take-away : I watched it as the squeal to the first season expecting it to be similar but it focused a good amount on finding your dream and questioning what you want to do with your life after school, which is a really deep topic to cover if you're watching while trying to figure out your future.

This season, I think, had a good amount of lessons for life.

The visuals were great

The ED was amazing and super catchy, at least to me.

A Quick Review:

I thought this show was really good at portraying a rather realistic story about politics given its government setup and the development of the coup de ta.

Some might argue that the main character, Jean, is boring and has no development but I would argue that his apathetic nature leaves the viewer to come to their own conclusions and thoughts on the political actions, instead of trying to sway them.

While there is no action, its a great show to just listen to and follow while doing something mundane.

The intro song is a banger and the the OST is great ...
