I went into this anime only knowing two things, reverse harem and gods. I love anime with gods and mythology, expectantly Greek mythology. Kamigami no Asobi didn't let me down.

Story~ The plot was pretty simple; eight gods and a human are trapped in an academy by Zeus and can't leave until they learn about human love and emotion. Then it had episodes about each god with Yui and a few group episodes. I think the two ending episodes were kind of forced, and unneeded.

Art~ This show was filled with vivid colors and visuals. Every character seemed to pop out of the screen. The opening and ... end song art really captured the feeling of the anime. The ending itself was nice. Showing each god singing as the other 'students' rushed by.

Sound~ The music wasn't very memorable. The opening was upbeat and gave the show even more cheeriness. Neither the opening nor the ending was very intriguing to me. The voice actors really had fun with their part I could tell. Each voice perfectly matched the character's attitude.

Characters~ The characters is were I had a bit of problem. With eight gods and one girl, it felt like it could be a good reversed harem. Didn't seem like too many or too little, yet they throw out two characters. Thor and Dionysus seemed to just be cut out. With Dee-Dee's love for wine and happy attitude, I think it would have been nice for him to see Yui as a love interest. It would have been great to have episode when his even drunk. Thor could have been the 'strong and silent' type. They just had so much potential that was wasted.


Enjoyment~ I really did love this show. It made me laugh a lot, episode 10 was my favorite. I just didn't like the ending episode and the wasted potential.

"She is my loyal dog" How would you feel if your 'boyfriend' said that about you? Well that is what Kyoya, the most popular boy at school, calls Erika. After lying about have a boyfriend to her friends, Erika asks Kyoya to be her 'boyfriend'. Thus the torture begins.

Story- This is show puts the RomCom genre's traditional story line in a shredder. This story is so original and unpredictable that you have to love it. It has few cliches and even fewer plot holes. The show will keep you laughing and screaming.

Art- The art does shine very well in this show. For an example, conversation. ... Multiple times during the show characters will talk as they walk. When this happens the background will show various shots of the setting. The character will show up with a vivid colored shadow. The color us is great

Sound- I really love the music in this anime. The opening and ending both capture the upbeatness of the show. They sounf nice as indivisuals, yet they bring the story together. The characters' voice actors went out with themselves. Every voice is perfect for the characters. I'm really hoping for a dub

Characters- The main couples' characters are spot on. You have the black prince, Kyoya. To everyone he his charming and kind. But he is really a jerk sometimes. He does gets jealous easily and does care about Erika. Erika is the one of the funniest characters in the show. She try her best to make the best of her situation. The other characters in the show aren't given much depth. They are just there and then leave. If you going to have a person be the friend of the MCs' friends, give them a history.

Enjoyment- This is one of my favorite anime. I laughed so hard at it I cried. I've scream so much out of pure hatreds at some points that my throat hurt. I really got into this one. The ending is almost perfect. Another read the manga ending. I just thing that they are so cute. I dd wish they did things a bit differently, but WTH, it was awesome.

Story- The plot wasn't confusing at all. It wasn't cliche, and very original. It did have a few things that were predictable, but only a few. I think that this was a very unique and different anime. The ended was surprisingly different then how I though it would end. There was only one thing I didn't like at the end.

Art- The art really shined in this anime. The character and setting art was average, it was the fighting. The visuals were stunning during a fight scene. There were vivid colors and it flowed nicely. The cherry blossom petals that occasionally showed look beautiful. The ... art in the opening rely captured the show. It showed the action part as you see Zakuro fighting, the cherry blossoms in the wind. The colors they used either represented the darkness of the show, with reds and blacks, or the lightness and love, the flowers and bright colors.

Sound- the music itself was slightly memorable. I like the opening theme song. It really captured the show. The voice acting was spot on; It really reflected the characters. There is no dub.

Characters- I think that some of the characters could have been given more dept, such as Riken and Susuki. Other than that I thought that each character was extremely either well presented or average. Zakuro look at acted a lot like Hikari from Special A, I'm not getting over that.

Enjoyment- I really loved this shoe. I love hoe original it was. The girls singing as the other kills a spirit, perfect. The powers they had, pure genus. The only problem I had was what I stated.

Story- I think that the plot of the story wasn't very contestant. It added things and just dropped it off. I think that the story is like three different arcs (in away). I like the first two, but the last one was not very interesting and very confusing. I think there was stuff they forgot to wrap up or did do it properly. I will not say what it was because I don't want to give spoilers

Art- The art is where this show shined the most. It was very colorful and lively. When it came to a time of a flash back or memories, the ... style look like a puppet show. When it came to fights and intense scenes, the back round color would be greens or red. When humor was in play, there would be bright colors and funny doodles.

Sound- the voice acting was very enjoyable. Every characters' voice fit their attitude and personalty. A few voices i didn't like. there is no dub so I can't judge it. The opening really reflected the show. The first one was upbeat and lively, but a a quick dark moment to reflect the sadness and anger in the show. the second one was darker and more down toned.

Character- The character were very nice and enjoyable. Some that only stayed for a few episodes I like because most of them weren't one dimensional.

Enjoyment- I like this show for the virus reasons I have list above. I just didn't enjoy the amount of fan service it had.
