I know at first glance they seem completely different, but there is a similarity that I love about both. Both tell the story that revolves around a main couple. In both, the two not only struggle to become an item, but even when they are a thing, they still have obstacles they have to face that test their love for each other.

...then you might like Charlotte add

Both anime involve characters having super powers. They both have characters with troubled past. They are also both comedies.

If you liked Deadman Wonderland add

...then you might like Tokyo Ghoul add

In both the MC has changed from a human to some sort of monster. There is also a female character that watches over the MC. The MC both have a weapon that comes from there body. They both have a lot of blood and gore. I enjoyed them both. Deadman Wonderland has more comedy.

If you liked Black Bullet add

...then you might like Juuou Mujin no Fafnir add

Both have a harem style (Black Bullet doesn't have romance, just one dude and a bunch of girls). In both animes there are a group of girl that have a connection with a race of monster that is trying to kill humanity. In both, the girls fight the monsters and have special powers. They both have fair amount of action and comedy. This one has little girls fight with a partner, not girl at school. Black Bullet doesn't have real romance. It has black comedy instead of fan service.
