I love Crayon Shin Chan. I might be a bit biased as I used to watch it on the television when I was young, but it really is enjoyable. This slice-of-life comedy consists of short episodes that explore the life of 5-year-old Shin Chan and all sort of humor he gets in. As a stubborn know-it-all, he always finds a way to make those around him uncomfortable, especially his mother. The jokes Shin Chan tells and the situations he gets into are hilarious, unlike what many people think, they're much more suited for adults than small kids. I loved Clannad: After Story. For those of you who still want to watch Clannad: do watch the first season. While doing so, keep in mind that the first season is just a build-up to the second and that all the magic will be happening there. By the time After Story starts, you probably care for the characters, Nagisa, Tomoya, Sunohara and all the others. What After Story does so well it that it used that connection to rip your heart out and throw it into another dimension. A lot of romance anime never go beyond the first ...

This anime is a complete waste of beautiful graphics. The main character, Violet Evergarden, after which the series is named, is one of the most cringy characters I have ever seen. She shows no emotion whatsoever. The series desperately tries to make her as cute as possible, but what they've actually done is making Violet nothing more than an empty shell with no brains. (or soul for that matter, she is just there for people to drool over) What a horrible cliche.
