If you are interested in Harem, Ecchi no specific type then i would recommend: To Love Ru ! it's one of my favorites , It's fun and you'll also pity the main character at some point too.
Just in case you watched it watch , Oreshura ! In this one the main character is bribed to be the boyfriend of the hottest girl in school by herself. It's pretty fun and yeah it is harem.
Also Boku wa tomodachi ga sukunai , it's fun in many ways also the characters are people in a club , which has the purpose to help them get friends.
Seitokai no ichizon , this one isn't ecchi , it's just harem. But it's totally worth watching , the main character's dream is to create a harem for himself , luckily he joined the student council where there are only girls because of his hard studying. But it doesn't go well for him , still funny thou xD.
OniAi is a little bit too much for some people because here the main character isn't too interested into girls , but he lives in a dorm where he let few girls to stay which all like him , more than that his sister has a brother complex and wants him to love her and see her as a woman , it's comedy harem ecchi.
NouCome is probably the most hilarious Harem i have seen , it's totally funny ( if u didn't watch it you should).I consider it Harem because the main 3 girls actually love the main char but yeah it's more of a comedy before romantic.
Highschool DxD The main character is like the king of harem , many people seen this one , maybe you did too , just making sure.
Sekirei Is also pretty good harem /ecchi . The main character takes girls with special abilities like POKEMONS XD , except he just lets them live at his place , not catch them with a ball xp.
HenNeko is also a pretty good and more story based harem , no ecchi , but still worth watching too if you don't mind that.
Nyan Koi is also a nice harem , you get a lil fan service but i think it's still not ecchi.
Sora No Otoshimono , Ok i have to say this show is so damn funny and perverted not to mention it turns into harem , that it's over the top in my opinion. I would say it's the funniest on the list.
Kore Wa zombie desu-ka? Harem with tsundere , loli , big boobed girl what else do you want? Not to mention a poker face girl. Oh and zombies + comedy + Ecchi.
Kami nomi zo shiru sekai , The main character is forced to make girls fall for him so he can free them from evil spirits , he ain't interested in real life girls only 2d but he is a master of dating sim games which helps him with the jobs. He is like a harem master i would say , and he doesn't even care lel.
