...then you might like "Oshi no Ko" add

Both have very similar themes, although Perfect blue is more on the mystery/thriller side. However they both deal with the issues in the entertainment industry, and society's conception of those working in such fields.

If you liked Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru. add

...then you might like Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Tensai-tachi no Renai Zunousen add

Both have similar comedy-romance stories Both have a lot of heavy character development and also deal with after-school-club sort of thing. They kind of split up after that, and so it's up to you to decide which one's better. Oh and the soundtrack is amazing on both the series ;)
