Monster anime is somewhat slow because it is the anime which has adapted the manga's each and every scene panel to panel .That's why you need to have patience to watch monster anime .
And for Monogatori it is heavy dialogue bàsed anime so, if you liked anime where story is explain by dialogues only then you will like it(as it is adapted from light novel).Monogatori world is totally different from other anime and animation is one of the most unique. It has many ecchi scene so, if you hate ecchi scene then i won't recommend Monogatori.
