I feel like this show fills a hole that Upotte failed to fill

that hole being moe girls doing military things, but aside from that it also is a very comfy anime to watch, if MAL had a comfy meter it would be a 10 on a scale of 1-10.
watching the characters talk to each other just puts a smile on my face that not a lot of moe anime does.

that smile isn't a because they do something cute rather its because your are watching them grow as characters they feel like characters evolving instead of just pieces of paper that retain the same characteristics ... throughout the show.

Did it live up to the trailer we were all shown?
No
Was it overhyped?
Yes

The OVA showed only one scene from the trailer and had none of its futuristic technology, the characters were generic and the main plot device (the Tokyo 2020 terrorist attack) isn't even mentioned in the entire 30 minutes the OVA had not even as some background exposition.
the high school setting is unnecessary and limits what could have been done

i am underwhelmed by this but had there been no hype for this show it might have gotten a pass, but it showed a promising trailer and was even endorsed some big ... names

It bit more than it could actually chew, i was hoping this would fill the cyberpunk void in my soul but it only made it bigger
