Did we watch the same series?
I've been reading everyone's reviews and honestly the praise is a bit too high for what I saw. The first 10 episodes are actually pretty solid. Nothing awful, nothing praise worthy either. Could have been a solid time waster for the season but the last 2 episodes?

Oh man, you ever watch The Misfit of Demon King Academy and just laugh for what an absolute Chad our protag is?
It's not a good series by any means but it's so stupidly funny that you watch it. Well this series is almost the exact same concept. If you watch this with the idea that this is a chunibyo's story come to life, it becomes so much better/funnier to watch.
