Mostly because of (seemingly) authors incompetence she is blatantly a sociopath. Contrary to popular belief she absolutely does not care about anyone and befriends villains not out of benevolence but just to validate her ego because eventually started to feel like it was rewarding.
She is actually THE worst because author wanted us to believe she is noble and virtuous Mary Sue, while the only possible interpretation is that she is anything but.
