Get Backers doesn't take itself too seriously. From the over the top car stunts, to the character interactions it always sides on the side of comedy over seriousness.

The story was pretty good, though it started to get repetitive. Something is lost/stolen and must be recovered. Fortunately, everything else changed from job to job. From item recovered, to setting there was a nice variety to keep things interesting.

With the length of this series, there is actually a lot that happens in a short amount of time.
Usually there isn't much that happens in a series of this length, but Corpe Party is an exception. Story- 7 There isn't much to the story, but that is understandable for a series this short. A group of student hear a rumer that an abandonded school building is haunted and decide to go and see if it actually is, and yup you guessed it, it actually is. The students then get trapped inside and sepperated. They then try to find a way to find the other ...

Dear prince I hope this finds you well. Man that's annoying. What? O yeah, the review.
Story- 4 I found the story to be pretty bland and unexciting. The main character keeps writing to some prince guy while people fight with mecha robots. Art- 7 This was about only the good part about this series. Except the opening had a few too many bright colors and I felt I was...lets not go there. Sound- 5 This did not really stand out to me. The opening was kind of nice, but the rest I pretty much ignored. ...

Let me first get this out of the way, Girl Friends is my fovorite manga. On to the review.
Story- 10+ This is the part that I love the most about GF. It is what (at leas in my opinion) sets it above all the others. Basicly it goes: two girls meet, girls become the best of friends, girls start to feel feelings that surpass friendship, and then goes to the two of them trying to understand each others feelings and move their relationship along.
