One of my favorite anime are definitely Haikyuu, Vinland Sage and Ranking of Kings. Great shows with lots of very good character development even for the side characters and they are all a bunch of joy to come to know and love.

These shows have made a name for themselves because of their great writing and plot. If you want to watch each episode more trilled for the next then these shows will fill you with more excitement then you need!
Difference is also good
Now these shows are really not your typical "MC gets random power boost shows" for these you need to sit down, while granted each have their own flaws that keep them from being better. They used the fact that they are different from other typical shows to their advantage and make it work. If you want a change of pace these shows are a must watch!
