(I was the first one to ever write a review for this manga so when this series explodes remember me!!!!!!!)
I can not really write a review for this since its only 5 chapters in lol but I'm just gonna put this in here, PLEASE read it, I'm 5 chapters in and I'm that confident in saying this is already a 9, maybe I am overhyping it but I don't know I am seeing such immense potential with this, it could be the next chainsaw man, just give it a try you will not regret it. one piece (my all-time favorite fiction) but man this is something truly special that is all I'm gonna say, check it out I implore you!
this is a copy and paste since this review got removed for not being a proper "review" but here is my try at a "real review" lol
The story is interesting as it has a bit of everything, gangs monsters, government, and so on, the way the story is shaping up is definitely a 9 worthy, since 5 chapters in and it has already established all of these things in such a short amount of time. while not feeling rushed of course-
The art... there is nothing else to say here but it's gorgeous to look at, so it's automatically a 10/10 for me, again this art is like chainsaw man with a bit of jujutsu kaisen flare to add some extra flavor for the eyes with the whole vibes of the yokai looking fantastic because of this art style, the perfect blend of all worlds is what I'm trying to say in an easy way to describe.
Our main characters (Maruo and Urara) are already very fleshed out in only 5 chapters, we get what kind of goal they have in life, Marou wants to fight strong people and be a manga protagonist, and while that might sound simple (which it is) but I can almost guarantee that's not all there is going to be concerning Marous character. Then we have the mysterious Urara (already shaping up to be the best girl) with her mysterious ambitions of wanting to take control over things, She has set up a goal but it seems like she hiding her other ambitions which is going to be interesting to learn about as the story goes on.
as for my enjoyment, this is a 10/10 for me as I am really enjoying reading this manga week to week from now on, because of the mysterious characters and the crazy world they live in, I am especially enjoying this the most out of any manga I'm currently reading, that includes One piece but that series is still my all-time favorite. I am pointing out the One-piece thing because of the fact that it's already incredible I am comparing a 5 chapter manga to a 1030+ one that should tell you how much I am enjoying Ayashimon.
Overall I am going to give Ayashimon a 9/10, This is only because I would have a bad feeling giving this manga a 10/10 while its only 5 chapters in, meanwhile my all-time favorite peace of fiction (One piece) has a 10/10 while being 1035 chapters long so I have to show my favorite manga some respect and not give everything I see a 10.
All in all this manga is absolutely incredible and fun to read, the comedy is also great I forgot to mention that hehe, so that's another point for the series. Go read it right now! hop on and be an OG for this series when it explodes and eventually becomes the next jujutsu kaisen, (dare I say a better version? pls don't kill me), and as soon as the anime comes out u can feel proud that u gave this series life before every other uncultured sheep out there hops on the bandwagon lol,
this was my first review ever so I hope it's fine to read but I just had to do it since I really want this series to explode in popularity one day and be able to be called an OG supporter and stan
(btw tried to avoid spoilers as much as possible, or at least only gave the smallest of spoilers, but considering its only 6 chapters in as of me rewriting this review, can it really be considered spoilers?:)
