I first became interested in anime when I was about 13. An AMV of +anima caught my eye but when I couldn't find the show (because it didn't exist). I kept looking around on youtube until I found an AMV of DNAngel. That was the show that hooked me. I watched both the sub and dub of DNAngel. I watch both for most shows now, ever since. Around the same time I found DNAngel, a good friend of mine found Naruto. Once we both finished watching our series (or more accurately once she got about 25 episodes in to hers) she found the Death Note anime and recomended it to me. A week or two later I stumbled on the Death Note manga in a book store. Then my addiction was complete. I've been watching anime and reading manga ever since.
