While there isn't really a plot to the first season, each episode does have its own appeal by telling a different "adventure." Aside from an appealing art style and mildly interesting characters, this anime doesn't have any unique characteristics that set it apart from other anime of the time. If anything it is merely a combination of character tropes and cliches. At the end of the day this anime is very simple. Fanservice + Harem + Spineless Protagonist = $$$$. For those who enjoy shallow, fanservice based humor, I would recommend this anime. To those who are looking for something similar, but with an actual
