Both of these are romance/shoujo manga that have many similar elements, e.g., a quiet and kind hero who is also a ninja, a heroine who has a cold or mean exterior but is in fact very kind, both heroes also have a troubled past. The romance in both manga is quite strong and very sweet and I'm sure that if you like one of them, you'll definitely like the other.
