This movie seems like it was based on a fanfic and animated using MMD. The songs don't fit into the universe at all. Utas motivation doesn't make sense at all after the "twist". The fights are just characters doing their signature moves once. Extremely boring to watch.
The plot:
Luffys childhood friend who is now a j pop star overdoses on amphetamines and tries to trap everyone in a dream world proceeds to die from said amphetamine overdose after having a change of heart.
It's just crazy to me that the music based movie has worse sound design than the Wano arc anime episodes (also worse animation). Suddenly
