Yofukashi no Uta is my 2022 summer holiday anime, and it ticks every box in that category.
Summer anime mean a lot to me, simply because its the anime I watch when I get that rare 2 weeks to myself and my family mid-summer and we go on holiday to a caravan In north wales, and I want my summer anime to reflect that. Like, Love or hate this anime, everyone agrees ... The op is a banger.
But seriously, if you're looking for an anime that you dont need to take seriously, and you're up for a chilled watch, give this a go. Many heart-warming moments from the start and characters that are pretty relatable (especially if you're a married man with kids like me). definitely brings back memories of first living together and all the small milestones you reach. Overall 7/10, pretty close to an 8 for me but didn't quite make it. 100% going to watch season 2 because I did very much enjoy this to pass some ... |
