Mixed Feelings
Ok, where to start this review....
Hmmm...I just read review about this short music clip written by Trickyni...and I kinda liked that...[yes, I went to YouTube to watch this and to my surprise...this clip was kinda fast [ 1 min and 21 seconds long ]...
I saw the mighty main heroine IA?!? [It's her name, right?] doing various things...for example : fighting/reading/music/kinda fb[devianart] surfing...and that was it...(as you may expect, kinda your regular music clip]...

As for the song/music - I could give it a 6 at best....it felt like it could be my regular BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! , but unfortunatelly it wasn't... [what I expected from Vocaloid ...

Story (7) The story of Rosario to Vampire Capu2 follows on a year after the first season. The newspaper club members are returning for their second year. What follows is a season which builds on the core characters as well as the progression of Tsukune and Moka's relationship. The story varies which each episode, much like the first season, while having a main arc (the main arc in the first season was more to do with Tsukune attending a high school for monsters and introducing characters, while this season focuses more on those characters as well as Tsukune and Moka). The story in the individual ...

Well to see a story about two opposites that can attract in some weird ways, this is it. Binbougami Ga!, a series about a girl who has the most fortune in existence is preyed upon by a god of Misfortune. Basically, the god has to balance out Sakura Ichiko's fortune to an acceptable level or whoever she makes friends with or just passes by with sheer coincidence, their bad luck triples which causes some massive headaches for the god herself. Armed with an over-sized needle as her right arm, she tries to suck out a good portion of Sakura's fortune to level her out. But ...

Elfen Lied (Anime) add
It's hard to describe Elfen Lied to someone who hasn't heard of it; the closest I can think of is a strange mix of extreme violence, romance and drama. To those of you who haven't witnessed it, you're probably wondering how these are all incorporated into the one piece coherently. Those that have though, are instead pondering why they haven't been put together sooner. Such is the quality and flow of this odd hybrid of an anime.

The real area that Elfen Lied shines is it's narrative - its hard not to be enthralled by its weaving course and diversity. A Violent and gory encounter ...

*** This review may contain spoilers ***

Let me start off by saying, yes, this anime has quite a bit of fan service. If you're looking for that kind of thing, this anime has quite a bit for you. However, if you look past the harem anime staples, it's pretty humorous, and the characters will become endearing to the viewer. The story follows Kodaka Hasegawa, self-proclaimed "no-lifer" as he searches for friendship, love, and belonging. He and Yozora Mikazuki create the "Neighbor's Club" a club where a lovable bunch of misfits band together to create friendships. This series has quite a bit of crude humor (and ...

Although Eva begins like almost any mech anime series, it quickly transcends the traditional bounds typical of such anime and becomes a fascinating piece of character study in an apocalyptic setting. While the action is sometimes excessive and often takes away from the psychological aspect, the premise itself is quite fascinating.

Eva heavily borrows from various religious dogma, and that is one of the reason it has a mystical, albeit often nonsensical atmosphere (Lance of Longinus is an example of religious allegory which misfired). Lots of time is spent on various pseudo-technological scenes, the only good thing about that being that it nicely contrasts with the ...

Mixed Feelings
The fall of 2014 was marked by a release of the parody series Ore, Twintails ni Narimasu (When will Gonna Be the Twin-Tail). Anime characters often have some sort of fetish, but the creators of this particular anime series decided to build the whole storyline on fetishism, made it into a cult and amassed an unusual team to protect the fetishes.

A 15-year-old Shoji Mitsuka is obsessed with a hairstyle "two tails!" He loves it when girls wear this particular style on their heads, and at the same time he does not notice that his childhood girlfriend is walking around with two tails. And that is ...

During a huge storm Ikuto falls overboard and is swept away. When he regains consciousness he finds himself on an isolated forgotten island. When he meets the locals he learns that it is impossible to get off this island easily and that this island is only inhabited by females due to some tragic accident. Being the only male around soon the young ladies start to fight over young Ikuto so much that it’s already scary.

Nagasarete Airantou is obviously a harem show featuring rather young characters, but the settings of this story have a lot of logical inconsistencies. However, this show wasn’t meant to make sense ...

Golden Time (Anime) add
Romantic comedies ride on a very narrow set of tracks. With limited settings, character archetypes, and plot progressions, it’s easy to see why people often adopt the “if you’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all” mentality when approaching the genre. That being said, every once in a while, buried underneath a mountain of anime that all lookalike, a gem is found. In this case, it seems the anime industry struck something closer to gold.

I’d rather not provide any spoilers here. The series revolves around a group of friends and their experiences in living an independent life. They go through romantic troubles and obstacles with platonic ...
