Similarities: - Main characters in both mangas are strong and incredibly deadly females who in most cases like killing and are more than just a little crazy. - There is a lot of violence in both mangas, as well as brutal action. - Both of them have female characters in yuri relationship, though Murciélago is more explicit with those kind of scenes. Differences: - Murciélago focuses mostly on one main character while Destro 246 has several groups of main characters and the perspective jumps between them. - Destro 246 is more about conflict between various illegal organizations and a competitions between professional killers while Murciélago is more about the main character (a mass murderer herself) being used to hunt down complete psychopaths.

In both series the protagonist is a idealistic boy who due to unexpected circumstances forms a contract with a very powerful girl and together they fight and try to understand each other and themselves. Genre of both series is fantasy mixed with a bit of drama, comedy and romace, though Pandora Hearts is somewhat lighter and less depressing while Fate/Stay Night is more touching.
