With the recent popularity of this anime, they spared no immeasurable criticism about it. They are very linear episodes, expect nothing more than jokes that try to catch you off guard but are not the epitome of comedy, rather, it is a somewhat forced attempt to try to make you laugh with recurring jokes referring to deer, which if it is already getting monotonous, I can't imagine watching the remaining chapters. However, it is still entertaining, having charismatic characters that although with repetitive jokes, create a nice atmosphere for a viewer who wants to kill some time, and nothing more than that. Therefore, although sometimes
...
not much happens without a laugh, this absurd show that overflows with charisma even in its marketing can be catchy and entertaining.
Give it a chance, one or two episodes, it's a good show to entertain you for a while, although if you want to see a similar comedy but better achieved, I recommend you to watch or re-watch Nichijou or Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei

Throughout these three chapters, the importance of change has been discussed, from the perspective of various characters, as well as what it means to live or die closely linked to both themes. A person who travels thousands of miles in a cave but returns to the same point has not really displaced. With this metaphor I exemplify the chapters up to this point. An almost dead being, who harbors in himself a feeling of immense curiosity for the aforementioned feelings; a being who never changes, who is always the same, who erases his memories and who in spite of moving, remains stagnant in the same
...
place, unable to live (because if the end of a process is death, stagnating is synonymous with dying); a fragmented and confused girl, who upon becoming aware of herself, knows that she does not know as much as she expected and therefore, seeks to change; someone who despite being changes that could be considered drastic does not emit a radical change other than the very fact of the girl, of now being aware. Will they really achieve change?
Monogatari does not disappoint and so far, it has proven to be a worthy work, in addition to its wonderful direction and art.

Kimetsu no Yaiba is the perfect anime to watch while eating some popcorn. It doesn't require you to concentrate, it doesn't demand deep understanding, just enjoy the different cinematics. In this arc, this definition couldn't be more accurate. It literally relies on training the Pillars, and getting to know their tragic stories (which generate almost no empathy in the viewer due to their brevity). Still, the characters are charismatic as always, and it's a sensible transitional season for the storm that will come later, by including elements like vestiges and omens just starting the season, plus by emphasizing the importance of the training, it makes
...
the seriousness of what's next in the plot stand out. Really, I can't not recommend it, because despite my dislike for the basics, you have a good time without needing to think too much, perfect for a quiet night watching Tanjiro face the training of different Pillars, making you see his skills for future battles. If you don't like Kimetsu at all because of its very basic story or any other aspect how did you get to this season?

It is important to clarify that this season was focused on Kumiko's emotional processes as president of the club and about her future. Kumiko faces several challenges, including weighing the emotions of the group against the enormous pressures of the goal set at the beginning of the third season: winning the gold medal at the nationals. She also has to deal with another, somewhat peculiar, member of the group.
This group member, Mayu. He is extremely hypocritical, disruptive. However, he possesses a fundamental characteristic: he is a great combination of Kousaka and Oumae's behavior. Therefore, I consider this element as one more for the understanding
...
of these two characters. Mayu, has an eagerness to win, to improve and to be the first hidden. When she insisted to Kumiko if she wanted her to quit, it was not dishonest, because inside her, like Oumae, there was an altruistic eagerness of wanting to help everyone to get what they want, letting herself go and seeking the welfare of others above her own; on the other hand (similar to Reina), Mayu also wanted to be the first, so she did not refuse to compete against Oumae to see who would be the soloist euphonium with Kousaka. Because, despite being considerate of other people, she loves to play music, and that is what allows her to be her, not anything else, so she wants to enjoy with the group but also to give her best sound. Appreciate this character, already in the last chapters. Yes, it was not very pleasant to hear him incessantly telling Oumae, that if he wanted him to leave the group. However, it seems to me important for Oumae's development of an understanding of himself, of his own selfishness, of his own ideals: justice. Therefore, despite unconsciously knowing Mayu's hypocrisy, he continued to feed back that ideal, so as not to give in to the lack of self-realization that could have been, by simply accepting that he would leave the club. In another aspect, Kumiko perplexed before someone who surpasses her, the way to accept things as they are, was another substantial theme in the plot of the anime, coming to light again, that desire to improve. But. now not for other people, now not for Reina, now not for Kousaka. Now for trying to improve for her.
In addition, she learned that her expression is important. That she has enough criteria to talk and engage in a healthy conversation, to be an intermediary, that her person, in addition to justice, emanates a love for the conformity of all people, for those ideals that she fought until she cried for not getting the soloist position, is that Kumiko got to know herself even more. Perhaps that's why I wasn't surprised to see her as an advisor to Kitauji. This path is traced throughout the episodes, she decides who she wants to be. That's probably the main theme of this season, to know who she wants to be. That's why he wanted to improve, that's why he wanted to be in Kitauji, that's why, even if he made a mistake with hasty words to the teacher, he always wants to give his opinion. The role of the president, fits perfectly in what the anime wants to give to understand: A character facing the stress of those she appreciates, in discussions and objectives that not everyone agrees but that she tries to solve, to know what kind of person she wants to be, with the misfortune (or fortune in retrospect) of being overcome by the situation and by someone else in her own instrument.
Thank you for reading this review. My love for this anime, makes me undoubtedly give it a 10. I understand who put less, it has a less intense pace than the second season and Mayu's character can disenchant many (although personally, I consider her a key piece for the development of Kumiko and the contrast of Oumae and Reina with Mayu).
Thanks Hibike! Euphonium.
