Well let's just say FMA:B is ranked the number one anime on MAL for a reason :D But it's up to you when (or whether) you want to watch it.

Brotherhood follows the manga completely whereas the 2003 series sort of strays away and made it's own story (because the manga wasn't complete at the time). So the beginning of brotherhood, which is the same as the 2003 series, may seem very rushed/quick in comparison since you saw it first but the ending...DAT ENDING!!
